An educational forum will be held on the public worker pensions in San Francisco, how they came about, why they are under attack and how to defend them. San Francisco city workers and their unions over decades have won important gains on their pensions which are now under assault. This forum will look at the history of how these pensions and healthcare benefits came about and how they are being attacked and undermined.

In fact many media pundits say public workers pensions are even the cause of the economic crisis. This forum will examine the history of the fight for public pensions and retirement benefits in California, how they are being undermined now and what should be done about it. Get your questions answered on Proposition C and D from the experts who know how the system works.
