Sharat G. Lin spent more than a week in Tahrir Square during the height of the uprising in Egypt. Though the Square was ground zero for the Revolution it has been a sanctuary for nonviolence, tolerance, and cooperation. Dr. Lin analyzes the roots of the uprising, how it unfolded, its future prospects, and its impact on the region.
