SF's anti-labor Nov 8, 2011 ballot

by &
San Francisco's November 8, 2011 ballot is the most anti-labor ballot in years. There are 2 reactionary pension destruction measures, Props C&D, a reactionary city sales tax, Prop G, 2 anti-democratic measures, Props E&F, an anti-integration measure, Prop H, and 2 bonds, a poor way of financing anything, Props A&B. All of this is brought to us by the San Francisco Democratic Party. Fortunately, we have a Green Party candidate for mayor, Terry Baum.

THE ENTIRE DEMOCRATIC PARTY LIST OF CANDIDATES STINKS, AND ALL EXCEPT 1 ARE DEMOCRATS. Terry Baum is the only one worth considering, and she is a Green Party member. This is a non-partisan office so there is no primary.

You will notice that the current reactionary interim mayor, Democrat Ed Lee, sponsored one of the anti-labor pension destruction measures, Prop C, while his fellow Democrat, Public Defender Jeff Adachi, sponsored the other, Prop D. These 2 measures alone mandate that you get out of the Democratic Party immediately and join either Peace & Freedom Party or the Green Party.

The latest on the national front is that in 2012 the Democractic Party is holding its presidential convention in the anti-union, Republican state of North Carolina, with a grand total of 15 electoral votes, during Labor Day weekend, the beginning of the hurricane season in a hurricane area. The hotels are non-union, prompting a dozen unions to not participate in this capitalist party's spectacle, which is of course, long overdue. No worker or labor union has any business supporting the Republican twin of war and fascism, the Democratic Party.

Both the Democratic National Convention and the Republican National Convention, which is being held August 27, 2012 in Tampa, Florida, also hurricane season in a hurricane state, are after most state deadlines for ballot qualification. This is outright election fraud to permit either one of these parties to appear on the November 2012 ballot when their candidate is unknown at deadline time. The deadline is usually August 7 or the latest, August 12.
