Peter Phillips of Project Censored will be giving a talk entitled "Managed News: Propaganda Inside the US/NATO Military Industrial Media Empire".
Peter Phillips is a Professor of Sociology at Sonoma State University and former Director of Project Censored. He has written many articles for independent media nationwide and has also written two books, "Impeach the President: The Case Against Bush & Cheney" (2006) and "Project Censored Guide to Independent Media and Activism" (2003).
Copies of "Censored 2012: The Top 25 Censored Stories of 2010-11" will be available for sale and to be signed by Peter Phillips himself.
