Toyota Of Poway Injured Employees Call Bullshit On Dealership & Attorney For Corvel

The injured workers of Toyota of Poway are calling out the dealership and the Law firm representing Corvel for BULLSHIT. Toyota of Poway is attempting to have the readers of their letter believe that the used car building was cordoned off from the commencement of occupancy and that the workers were removed prior to this letter being dated February 25, 2010. The injured employees all say BULLSHIT to this letter, and have given numerous sworn depositions that they worked in the building until around March 17, 2010, and that they worked throughout the estimaded 2500 square foot building. The only purpose of this letter seems to give the readers which are Doctors, Lawyers and Judges a BULLSHIT story to base their opinions on.


This Second letter from Lister, Martin & Thompson dated July 9, 2011 is also what can only be described as BULLSHIT as well. Attorney Michael A. Brand must have figured that he had allready given Dr. Green the Toyota of Poway BullSHIT letter, might as well Send a BULLSHIT letter To Dr. Lyons to assist his evaluation as well. Attorney Michael A. Brand must have missed the section of California Law that covers inserting false information to gain or deny workers compensation is a felony.



One can only wonder how many other Doctors Attorney Brand has assisited. Mr. Brand must have forgoten to read the mold inspection report done for his client Corvel.
