SF Grand Jury blasts CCSF and Regulatory Agencies for slighting Hunters Point Shipyard.

The TRUTH always - prevails.

This report by the San Francisco Grand Jury could not have come at a better time.

The Regulatory agencies that should have done their duty failed and the leaders of San Francisco - Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr., Mayor Gavin Newsom; especially - both should be very ashamed of themselves.

Senator Diane Feinstein, Congressperson Nancy Pelosi, Congressperson Barbara Boxer, those in the State Assembly and Senate in California that did not stand with the people - but, gave their tacit support to the Rogue Developer Lennar must be ashamed of themselves and resign from office - now. Mark Leno is particular.

The blood of our children and the trauma and suffering imposed on innocent children, women and men - is on those that thought that money could do anything.

Money and greed will bring the down fall - of those that have no standards, no ethics, less morals and more wallow in the ways and deeds - of the worse of the worst. We call them the scum bags, the sell outs, the despicable.

I was interviewed by the San Francisco Grand Jury and this report and timing is perfect.

This process really started in 1998 when Lennar registered itself in Sacramento to do business as an Limited Liability Company. It is now registered in Delaware.

Blessed by the past and present District 10 Supervisors, the current and past BVHP Project Area Committees are anointed by the Mayors I have mentioned, the Citizen Advisory Committees to the Hunters Point Shipyard - all these folks have sold out the community and today must be ashamed of themselves.

The Restoration Advisory Board to the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard was dissolved by the U.S. Navy. Now, the shame of this report it upon the U.S. Navy - Douglas Gilkey and Keith Forman - better, pay attention.

Jesse Blout, Marcia Rosen, Michael Cohen, Amy Brownell, Fred Blackwell, the SF Redevelopment Commission and Agency, Doug Shoemaker, Dwayne Jones, Angelo King, Aurelous Walker, Lola Little, and a host of other sell outs - all those that receive and received money from the SF Redevelopment Agency - better read this report.

The many sell outs from Hunterviews, Alice Griffith, others that connived to do wrong the SF Labor Council, ACORN, the SF Project Council - you all have BLOOD on your hands. Anyone that take money from Lennar - will not prosper.

From the inception the main principle that those who knew all the factors, studied the situation at hand, comprehended the process of mitigation, abatement, and through clean up - stated clearly - the United States Navy contaminated the entire Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

It was the responsibility of the U.S. Navy to clean up the entire Hunters Point Naval Shipyard to Residential Standards.

Yet again and again people tried to circumvent the process. The biggest circumvention the transfer of Parcel A. All those that participated in this dirty deed should be ashamed of themselves - Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, Willie L. Borwn Jr, Sophie Maxwell, Linda Richardson, other dubious entities - all have BLOOD on their hands.

Proposition P in the year 2000 - by a majority vote of 87% stated that the entire Hunters Point Naval Shipyard should be cleaned to the highest standards. This resound vote by San Franciscans who at that time and now think the same.

It is a shame that Lennar spent over $5 million to push for Proposition G. Spent millions of San Francisco Redevelopment Agency money to lie, cheat, and deceive the constituents of San Francisco on Parcel A.

Lennar contaminated Parcel A and bombarded our children, women and men with toxic dirt, dangerous particulates, radioactive elements, Asbestos Dust, and a host of other dangerous processes.

Aided and abated by the San Francisco Health Department, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, the Department of Toxic and Substances Control, the Environmental Protection Agency and as I said those that " Represent " - be it the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, the immoral Mayors Willie and Gavin, the Representatives in Congress, in the Senate both on the Federal and State level, and of course those in the Assembly that sided with Lennar. Never forget the past and present SF District 10 Supervisors.

You who with intent, know well the circumstances, the facts that were sent to you - and did NOTHING, ignored your conscience - you have BLOOD on your hands.

There are a number of cases pending in the Courts linked to Parcel A.

This GRAND JURY REPORT and its SCATHING attack on the process and the role of San Francisco leaders, the Regulatory Agencies, and others all dubious in nature - could not have come at a better time.

The San Francisco Redevelopment Agency is history. Governor Jerry Brown our Governor of the State of California - knows well; that is it wrong to build 10,500 homes in the middle of Chernobyl at Hunters Point and Candlestick Point.

Mayors Willie L. Brown, Jr and Gavin Newsom - both so called Democrats could have done right - but, with intent did wrong.

Diane Feinstien and Nancy Pelosi and Barbara Pelosi failed the people and worked against the constituents of San Francisco and all decent human beings.

There was a time when people were decent and America should say that with pride - no more.

The Precautionary Principle looks one in the eye of those that harmed the constituents of San Francisco - and begs for justice.

The constituents of San Francisco - again and again went to City Hall - begging for justice and saw principles, standards, laws thrown to wind and tarnished.
