Transgender Services in SF are useless!

by a TG person
Ever since being laid off from my job I have discovered that the services available in San Francisco for Transgender people are dysfunctional and do NOT help.
I moved to the San Francisco Bay area in the late 1990's. To get help with being transgender. I got help then which included free hormones and therapy. And for the longest time I was fine, but then I got laid off from my job in San Francisco. And that is when I discovered that there is no workplace equality for TG people and all the laws in the world cannot protect nor provide a protected minority with safety and financial stability.
I will explain:
I got laid off from my job, and when that whole process was going down my boss and the San Francisco politicians bullied me into thinking that other people are getting laid off and so should you. Supervisor Ross Mirkarimi was the main bully. What an ignorant man he is. They did not care nor seemed educated enough to know that TG people do NOT get jobs. My boss was gay, and he did not care and only seemed interested in his own wealth.
I dealt with it all the best way possible.
However that was not the end, when filing for unemployment all I got was a bunch of discriminatory crap from the employees at the EDD. I did ultimately get unemployment, but was denied access to Workforce Investment Monies, or WIA money.
There is this organization called the Transgender Economic Empowerment Initiative, and I sought out their help with resumes, interviewing and networking, BUT I quickly discovered that do NOT help, and as a matter of fact it is my opinion that between them and the Jewish Vocational Services, or JVS I was discriminated against by my own people. TEEI is funded by the public health department. I complained, but the complaint only went as far as the Executive Director of the LGBT gay center in SF.
I am a qualified videographer, photographer, video editor. I have 3 college degrees and served in the US Navy, and to this day I have NOT been able to score a livable wage job.
I have been rejected and laughed at by prospective employers. So recently I tried to contact the Human Rights Commission in SF, but it has been reduced to phone tag. They are also useless to the TG community, and anyone who says they care is/are misinformed. And even though it is run by a TG person that org. is still worthless.
I am posting this because the local community needs to know that the services that are funded do NOT work and are useless, and right now are contributing to the homelessness of TG people. Especially youth.
