police harassment

Sgt.James Ross of the Santa Cruz County Sheriff"s Dept. started his NAZI tactics against me (a 63 Year old american citizen born and raised ) in late march,early april of 2011,when he and his gastapo of deputies raided the home where i currently lived at 138 Felton Empire Grade Rd. in Felton Ca. and stoled 300 or more Cannabis plants ( that they later admitted to the Santa Cruz Sentinel was legal ) and arrested some of the residents living in the building for minor charges..fortunately i was not home on that day, however i was told by one of my room mates who was home that day,that a Sgt. of the Santa Cruz County Sheriff"s Office was the authority who was in charge of the raid and (Sgt. Ross who heads the Felton branch of the dept.was inquiring as to my whereabouts. ) Shortly there after Sgt. Ross went to the proper authorities in the county courthouse building at 701 0cean St. and had the home at 138 Felton Empire Grade Rd. (Red Taged ) as unsafe and arrested me for suspicion of being under the influence of drugs (meth) because i stated the law to him that i was not under a search and seziure clause i.e (i am not on parole or probation) and had the legal right to refuse to submit to a u.a test in my own room in my home to prove i wasnt intoxicated . i was held 10 hours in the Santa Cruz County Jail (5 hours is the normal time held for this charge) and no charges was filed when i made my court appearence some 6 weeks later,but in the mean time Sgt. Ross arrested me at the same home on the same charges. however before i was to appear in court on the repated charge of under the influence of drugs a friend and i was in a motel room at the corner of Ocean and Broadway in Santa Cruz Ca. she was 19 years old and had just lost her room where she was staying in Boulder Creek and i wanted to help her by renting a room ,we had an arguement over a issue of disrespect on her behalf and she begin yelling loudly for someone to dial a 911 and get me out of (her room) so i left the room and went to the car that we were driving,i had the keys so i unlocked it and went to sleep...sometime later i was awaken by the police shining a light in my eyes,nothing was said and the police went away....4 days later a friend called me and informed me that my photo was all over the news and i was on the 5 most wanted criminals list in refernce to a scene at a motel in the 300 block of Ocean St. in Santa Cruz....i later found out through a reliable source that Sgt. James Ross of the Santa Cruz Sherrif"s Dept.had convinced the police and District attorney to make the minor incident with my friend at the motel room into a felony and make me into a most wanted criminal....and of course i fled to avoid what i know in my heart is in store for me if Sgt. James Ross ever gets me in handcuffs again..i filed harassment on him as i promised him i would do after the second bogus arrest named above,and Sgt.Ross has a past of doing of durty deeds to those who stand up to his unlawful ways, so whether its rumor or truth of his past revenge on those who dont bow down to his Nazi rules,i have to have time to hire a good attorney and have bond set up before i can return to my home (Santa Cruz) and make a stand against this evil creature who has ruined my life...But return i will do when the time is right. win ,lose or draw i will stand up for what i know in my heart is right for both my self as well as the next human being that might fall prey to the scum who claim to serve and protect americans citizens...peace to you....Raybo
