Alameda Residents Plan Raymond Zack Memorial Wade-Out

by David Howard
Residents to demonstrate how easily authorities could have saved Raymond Zack on Memorial Day.
Alameda residents invite the media and fellow citizens to a 'wade-out' in remembrance of Raymond Zack, this Sunday. A group of Alameda residents will wade into the water to demonstrate water conditions in this part of the San Francisco Bay.

They will demonstrate how easily Mr. Zack might have been saved by authorities on Memorial Day. The tides on Sunday, June 12 will be very similar to those when Raymond Zack walked out into the water on May 30.

Where: Robert Crown Memorial Beach, at the corner of Willow Avenue and Shoreline Drive, Alameda, CA 94501

When: Sunday, June 12th, 9:10 a.m.
We are 100% volunteer and depend on your participation to sustain our efforts!
