Desecration at Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island - disrespecting the OHLONE.

History will not be kind to those Rogue Developers who see something and want it all - to build high density buildings, crowd people, and in the bargain - spit on Quality of Life issues.

This land - all of it belongs to the First People - it was stolen from them. In all the laws made by the White Man - it is all about himself - his justice - and when it comes to "people of color" - the indigenous people - no justice at all.

Hence, the presence state of affairs of this Nation - we are broke - and yet we have time and money to waste on project that make no sense what so ever.

In all the talk about developing Treasure Island - no one talks about the most underlaying factor - the desecration of the remains of the Ohlone.

Tons of dirt were removed from a section of Yerba Buena - with Ohlone remains and dumped on Treasure Island to create a man made island.

Simultaneously, tons of dirt from Potrero Hill were trucked to Treasure Island - and Ohlone remains were part of this dirt - too.

A similar situation happened at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - remains from the two hills that once stood near by the present Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - were demolished - and with the dirt the Ohlone remains were used to fill in the area - and make land of what was once very rich - wetland.

Desecration - must NOT be taken lightly - but all over California - Rogue Developers do not give a hoot to develop land; that the First People; the Native American Tribes hold Sacred to there Heart.

There has been no talk of the thousands of Sacred Remain that have been unearthed on Yerba Buena Island. It is as if the first people that lived in this area - we call the Bay Area - belonged to the Whites.

It does not matter that overt 10,000 Ohlone remains are in coffins stored in vaults at University of California - Berkeley.

This nonchalant manner where the First People of this area - we call the Bay Area are disrespected - must STOP at ONCE.

Today, Easter Day, April 24, 2011 - at Glen Cove in Vallejo - we have leaders like Wounded Knee and Corina Gould fighting to stop the Vallejo Council from building restrooms and other mundane buildings - on land that the First People - called Sacred Land.

Hundreds of Native Americans, Tribes from all over and united in solidarity and this matter will go to the White Man's Court to be heard.

What will become of this issue remains to be seen - but, it simply is uncalled for to remind the White Man that he manner of looking at things, conducting sordid operations, building on Sacred Remains - is totally, uncalled for. Sordid to the core.

There is KARMA - and those evil people that do not respect the ancestors - will be adversely impacted.

There are laws - spiritual laws that cannot be written - the First People and indigenous people all over the world - comprehend this laws.

Over sixty percent of Indian Tribes in California are not Federally recognized.

I bring this point up because in California and right here in the Bay Area - in the year 2011 - we have Tribes that the Federal Government - the United States of America - refuses to acknowledge. If a Tribe is not on the Federal Register - than that Tribe is considered second class and lacks any sovereign right on land the Tribe claims their own - and believe me all the land - in Tribal land before it was stolen.

In California 18 treaties signed between the First People and the U.S. Government were not ratified. All sorts of mickey mouse justification has been brought to the fore - but the fact remains - some one came, used force, stole the land and made it his own. His justice and not the Justice that should prevail. Forked tongued to the core - and never to be trusted.

This madness cannot continue any longer. The Federal process to get recognition so that Indian Tribes can claim their jurisdiction is tedious to say the least.

Some of us have written about it - and will continue to write about such subjects. Ignorant folks know little about the COMMONS, less about the First People - even less about the Grand Father, the Great Spirit that dwells in the hearts of those that speak the TRUTH.

For years it was fine to kill, rape, and pillage the First People - today,few acknowledge these sordid crimes. The audacity to build on top on land that has been desecrated - no mention made about the history of the land.

Australia and Canada have apologized to the First People - the First Nations of Canada and the Aboriginals of Australia - guess what - America this Great Super Power has yet to apologize.

The same Super Power that begs China every week for BILLIONS of dollars to pay our debt - this Nation that stole it all - and now is nearing the $14 Trillion Cap a debt that it cannot pay - all because it has been GREEDY, lies, steals, and is materialistic. Less Spiritual.

The HOPI and other Tribes keepers of the Secrets - know what will happen - in fact it is already happening. Soon, it will happen in the Bay Area.

Not a word about the stealing, not a word about the killing, not a word about the raping, not a word about taking Sacred remains and spreading it over large areas - not a word about standards, not a word about morals - less spirituality. Forked tongued.

The above actions speak for itself. Such actions cannot be adjudicated in any of the corrupt courts of the land that take their clue from the Magna Carta - brought from overseas and is fake, faulty, narrow minded - but most of all unfair. His Justice.

There is no justice - but his justice - as I have said. We cannot go to any good place unless we have fine tuned our moral compass.

Good leaders know the way, show the way, and go the way.

Go build on Treasure Island and see for yourselves what happens.

Never mind; do not listen to the Environmental Impact Report that does no justice, is not complete, has not fulfilled due process and is full of contradictions.

The matter will go before the Land Use on Monday, April 25, 2011 - and less will be said.

Then it will go before the full Board of Supervisors - and the jackasses will approve it. It is all connected to the amount that went into the campaign coffers.

Go ahead and do wrong - and see what happens - first in the short run - but, for sure in the long run.
