It's not likely that you could grow a whole human body by taking off a piece of your finger, sticking it in the ground, and keeping it moist over several months time. Surprisingly, though, this is about all it takes to make more plants from perennial bushes, herbs, and vines. In this class, you will learn the subtle differences in plant forms and growth, and how to maximize your asexual reproductive power! Join GFE guest instructor Antonio Roman-Alcala of San Francisco Urban Agriculture Alliance as he takes you through all the steps you need to know to create plants from cuttings and divisions. This workshop is $15, although no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Pre-registration is required. To pre-register or for more information please visit http://www.gardenfortheenvironment.org.
