This is Matt's court date. Matt Dodt was living in a tree Muweka (People's) Park in Berkeley.

2 individuals entered the tree working on behalf of the police to end the tree sit. An individual by the name of Draco claimed that Matt attempted to murder him while in the tree.

Matt's attempted murder charge was dropped down to assault with a deadly weapon. The police also make the claim that Matt at some point left the tree, stole a police helmet from a cop then went back into the tree.

The case itself has not been developed, there are only charges and no forward movement on an actual trial. Matt is being held for the 60 days the system has to develop a case.

Draco and Sasquatch continue their reign in People's Park threatening activists, and having conversations with the police in the Park.
