Libya: Humanitarian War? It's a Lie! Part Two .

The U.S. Judge who chaired the Nuremburg Trials, wrote into international law that the planning and doing of aggressive war is the supreme international crime on the planet earth, as it actuates all other crimes high, low, big and small. He further says that it is the supreme international crime on earth whether Germany does it or the U.S.A. does it.

The U.S. Constitution says that international treaties signed on to it, are to be treated as the supreme laws of the land. This shows that since 1945 on- wards more than seventy aggressive wars by the U.S. Imperialist systems have taken place, which means that the worst sort war crimes on earth have been taking place, and the congress has been ignored while the Whitehouse and Pentagon have broken national and international laws for worst sort war crimes possible.

This also means the aggressive war against Libya, by not even requiring the U.S. Constitutional law that only the congress can declare war, is illegal and unjust from beginning to end. While the U.S. Empire is really waged to control and own Libyan oil, it masks its supreme war crime actuallity by declaring humanity is being saved by it.

Those lies are the reality of the NATO aggressive war, and hundreds of innocent civilians have been killed by the foreign aggressors. While the security council is making unjust wars, and illegal violence against its own United Nations Charter, which declares that the United Nations Charter comes into being at the request of the anti-fascist fighters, and for the purpose of making war just a long distant memory for the comming generations.

Look now at the fact that the Imperialist warmakers control of the security council through veto effectively eliminates the majority rule of the worlds people by the laws and resolutions of the General Assembly majority. That is how the axis powers subverted the majority rule clause of the workers commonwealth of those nations organized as the league of nations, and now the United Nations.

Now the U.S. A. manufactures and stockpiles and sells more WMD--weapons of mass destruction than does all othe worlds majority countries combined.

Such Might makes right is a lie, and a betrayal of the concept of all foreign policy must be made by collective agree of the majority as democracy.

Unilateralism, another concept of the axis powers is how the U.S. subverts majority rule, and forces aggressive war around the globe by monopoly control of NATO, and other fleets such as Africom, Fouth Fleet renewal around Latin America, Military Coups in Honduras by top officers taught in fort Benning Georgia, the school of the assasins and torturers, its refusal to take the liberation path which is not other than scrapping the war machine, and its manufactury, thusly making the possibility of freeing the peoples a reality. 1st cdn. Re-tool to the renewables, get out of the pollution of fossil fuels, and poisonous radiation from atomic energy. Put in wind, tidal, and solar power--electricity. Liberation path also restores the matriarchy, and elects woman 50-50.
