SF Board of Supervisors better learn to REPRESENT all of San Francisco - San Franciscans.
The Budget and Finance Committee better stop pandering to down-town interest and corrupt forces. This City and County of San Francisco better stop bending backwards to help TWITTER with the help of the minions linked to Gavin Newsom. We, in this City and County of San Francisco - have many other business that need help. What is important to note - are "small business" in general that this City and County does NOT give a hoot. Now, let us not foster gentrification - if we pander to TWITTER - that is exactly what will happen to the mid-market area - and the Old Furniture Mart building and the surrounding area.
Once in San Francisco there was some "fair play" - but, all of that stop when some one decided to run for Mayor of San Francisco - around 1996. A corrupt man came from Sacramento to run for Mayor from San Francisco - and since then - most everything "decent" has been flushed down the commode.
In does not come as a surprise to see the Chair of Budget of Finance Committee - run that the Budget and Finance Committee - as if it is her own fiefdom.
That is exactly what happens when you anoint someone as Supervisor - as was done in District 4 - then power does up her ass and today - she is behaving like a dictator. Her name is Carmen Chu - a despicable person who panders to the MACHINE and against the decent constituents of San Francisco.
If TWITTER wants to stay in San Francisco - let them stay.
If not they can go where they choose and believe me this City and County would not lose anything. Now, I have nothing against TWITTER - I have a couple of accounts with TWITTER - and when I joined them - I had no clue they first started in San Francisco.
Today, TWITTER has grown a lot - done well with by contributing some when the Iranians had their protest, and again showed some gumption when stuff happened in Egypt and Tunis - and they do good by most folks - but, it is not our call - the call of this City and County of San Francisco to "baby sit" - TWITTER. Screw that - that type of crap does not fly well by those that work hard and do not beg when they can earn something by their own right.
Our City is hurting and we our Representative do not know that - they must be kicked in the butt - and told not to pussyfoot around. Carmen Chu and a few other are put on notice. No more that diplomatic talk - we will when you see us in person - call a spade a spade.
The so called Representatives, we call our Supervisors have little clue about our failed pay roll system, when it comes to small businesses. Carmen Chu's family owned a small restaurant - so one would think, she would know something about the payroll system that has failed so many small businesses - has not been her business because today she is paid by tax payers and does little to earn the salary and the benefits that come with it.
As the Chair of the Budget and Finance, Carmen Chu should check out the empirical data on how many small businesses have left San Francisco in the last 5 years. Thousands of them - because first we make it difficult to start a business and then once you operate your business - the City and County stick it to you. Ask any small business person for more clarification and factual information.
At today's Budget and Finance Committee, there was good representation from the down-town interests - Jim Lazarus was there spewing his usual diatribe. Followed by his many minions - who pay homage to the Pacific Heights Mafia.
The man, Jim Lazarus - in all the time he has been in San Francisco - poking his nose in the business of City Hall - has been a pain in the arse. He better stay put in his den down-town or the Pacific Heights and stop encouraging - gentrification.
These, are the same folks that bent backwards to help LENNAR - who created a mess in the Bayview Hunters Point area - and now have created so many problems - that no one knows where to begin to address the many pending adverse issues and bring some sense to all the bloody - confusion, created by the very corrupt.
The many sell outs paid by LENNAR and now back biting galore and infighting. Now, the "well" is dry - and the sell outs cannot be paid - so they are at each others throat and now you see them approach you and apologize for all the vain talk and the nonsense they believed in, that Lennar told them - and the WRONG they did by the people, for no reason at all.
However, remember who was behind Proposition G - the first people to sign that paper work to put Proposition G on the ballot - was Diane Feinstein. Then of course you had Mr. Dipstick - aka Gavin Newsom, and then the rest of the gang - the usual suspects Aurelious Walker, Lola Whittle, Sophie Maxwell and others - all sell outs.
Our Representative in this case our SF Supervisors must learn NOT to pander to any one entity - at the expense of the other business, more small businesses that deserve more. Stop pandering to Big Developers, more a Rogue Developer - here, I am talking about LENNAR that has shafted our City and County of San Francisco on Treasure Island and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Raking in millions of dollar sent their way by the very corrupt SF Redevelopment Agency.
TWITTER has the money - and if they do not have it - they can get it - TWITTER is doing well.
Our Mayor's Office of Economy Development does not have the knowledge, less the fortitude to do anything good for this City.
First we had Jesse Blout, then Michael Cohen, now this woman - all belong to the ilk of Bernie Madoff. Shame on them all. Who give them a right to aid and abet someone like the Shoresteins that have raped this City for years on this Mid-Market Project that is dubious in nature?
The jerks live in Hillsbrough then come to San Francisco - to take our money and make money - and in most case disrespect our City. The Shoresteins have not followed the law, worked to make deals that have deprived our City of millions of dollars owed the City Treasure and the Assessor. You can get all those facts straight from Jose Cisneros and Phil Tang - the City Treasure and the City Assessor.
Carmen Chu panders to the MACHINE, and so do all those SF Supervisors that do not have a back bone - spineless, clueless, some brain-dead - and what is more completely shallow when it comes to discerning and adjudicating on some issue - that truly needs intelligence.
You have politicians and then you have screwed up politicians - and Carmen Chu falls into that category.
"Do not applaud" - she blurts as Chair in Room 250. Do not do this and do not do that - to the audience present in Room 250. Why don't you Carmen Chu for once - behave like some one that knows some and conduct the meetings in the forthright manner?
Our City and County of San Francisco has a budget they say of $6.6 Billion. We have a population of 816,000 that live in this City. For every 28 constituents living in the City and County of San Francisco - we have one City Employee working for us. Now, that is not a joke!
They say we have a $60 million dollar budget deficit so far, but this will increase. Then we have this train coming towards us some $306 million linked to pensions and other benefits that this City has to fork up!
Not very smart, so called REPRESENTATIVES working for us - not so, judging by the way they conduct themselves at the many useless, drab, sordid committee meetings.
Not much is accomplished - except a lot of diatribe, lots of spewing toxic air into the atmosphere. Then you have Carmen Chu the panderer - who works with crooks the likes of Willie L. Brown Jr. to deceive, and back corrupt entities like the SF Redevelopment Agency and Lennar.
I said it a long time ago - LENNAR will bring this City and County of San Francisco down.
This City will drown in the CESSPOOL of its own making.
LENNAR has abused decent constituents of this City - but some of us will not tolerate such behavior, never have.
LENNAR abused our children and our Elders - and some of us will not forgive LENNAR for these sordid deeds. What is important, we will NOT forgive and not forget - the injustice committed to our people that believe in GOD.
Representatives have lied to make money at the expense of our Elders, our children, our women, our fathers, our mothers, our grand fathers and grand mothers - and some of us, have stood by those that have been adversely impacted and spoken up.
Others have joined the corrupt so called blood thirsty Representatives - to share the benefits of blood money - more with blood of their hands - God sees it all.
The recent corrupt revelations are nothing - wait until - you see LENNAR fall on its face.
Wait, for that day, when some Representatives will be exposed in toto - for all the wickedness that they have done. To those that should have represented but worked more - to fill their own campaign coffers.
