Omali Yeshitela on Bay Area Book Tour – One People, One Party, One Destiny!
Omali Yeshitela, leader and founder of the Uhuru (Freedom) Movement will speak Tuesday 3/22 in Oakland about the escalating police terror and occupation of the African community of St. Petersburg, Florida and nationally, and on the growing organized resistance of African people.
He will be speaking on Tuesday, March 22nd, 7pm, at the Humanist Hall, 390 - 27th St., Oakland
His book - “One People! One Party! One Destiny!” reveals the causes behind the crisis in the world today and shows the way forward for the African community and their allies.
Today, he was interviewed on the morning mix on KPFA, speaking about the worldwide political and economic crisis facing US and world imperialism, and how African and other colonized people are rising up to seize power and control over their resources.
