Shame on San Francisco, the SF Board of Supervisors and more the SF Health Department.

Lennar is dead and rightly so.

This vain talk to build a stadium near and in close proximity to the present Candlestick Stadium is a JOKE. The land is prone to liquefaction, flooding, and what is more is near a Superfund Site. Mayor Ed Lee and those ignorant SF Supervisors who are leading this charge will fail - but, you have already exposed yourselves and show that you work for the MACHINE.

The owners of the 49ers are aware of the situation and it would be foolish for the 49ers and especially Dr. John York and Jed York his son, knowing - the facts that we have supplied them - to entertain working with the dubious entities that are lying to them and inviting them to build a brand new - stadium on contaminated land.

The Pacific Heights Mafia mostly led by Big Developers and Property Managers that belong to the ilk of Bernie Madoff - should be ashamed of themselves. Today, the people are informed and those that play with FIRE - will burn by that same FIRE.

Linked to Lennar the above scumbags want to take over land and use it to make money. The ploy they use is Land Banking. You buy land for cheap, mostly contaminated land and then you sell it for a profit.

Catellus did that at Mission Bay and Lennar wants to do it at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - but it will not happen. The dire state of the present Economy has all thing floundering for at least ten years. No one will buy a house and live on contaminated land.

What sense does it make to live in the middle of Chernobyl. Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is a Superfund site - contaminated and know to have cause cancer to hundreds of people - who worked and work there. Even today those that have had anything to do with the Shipyard - suffer from cancer.

Ask the SF Police Department and find out how many SFPD personnel who use to work at the Shipyard - came down with cancer. The true answer will shock you all.

The land as I said and have been saying is contaminated - contaminated with radiological elements. The U.S. Navy is NOT doing a good job and has been dragging its legs - to clean up the Shipyard.

The U.S. Navy's own report - the Final and Amended Historical Radiological Assessment Report - reveal it all. Just reading that report - should shock those in the know - but our dumb, inept, arrogant SF Board of Supervisors - do not care and will not REPRESENT.

No one is their right mind will buy a home on contaminated land.

Lennar knows this and wants to use "Land Banking" - to jump ship and has been shopping to dump this land on some developer that has money to waste. So far NO luck.

Lennar is a Rogue Developer that with INTENT bombarded our children and elders with toxic dust, dust laden with radiological elements, and toxic dust laden with asbestos dust. Today, Lennar has been exposed on its many projects - building inferior homes, cheating people, and trying to hoodwink mostly elderly people.

The EPA employee Mark Ripperda and the SF Department of Health employee Amy Brownell have led the charge to conceal important facts. We have told them to their face before - that they are liars and I say to them again - you have blood on your hands. You with intent adversely impacted innocent children, elders and those with compromised immune systems from other ailments.

Thousands of units stay vacant in Miami, Florida - the cheap skate Lennar imported contaminated Sheet Rock from China and now has to deal with fungi and other pollutants contained in these units. Thousands of these units remain vacant and no one wants them - not for ten cents on a dollar. Such are the acts of Lennar - exposed for the world to know.

In Vallejo - Lennar promised to build 10,000 homes - much the same as it is promising to build 10,500 homes at the Shipyard and Candlestick point. After 10 years it had nothing to show at Vallejo and Vallejo has declared bankruptcy - because it thought it would earn millions - after ten years it was still holding the empty bag.

The same will happen at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. " No good will every happen at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard". The sell outs Angelo King, Linda Richarson, Aurelious Walker, Lola Whittle, Doris Vincent, Veronica Hunnicutt, the Poverty Pimp Pastors (too many to name) are all shy to speak up now - the well is dry and they do not know what to do.

They all betrayed the community much as Judas did - and their fate is one that God will judge. From their SORDID actions they will have to pay their dues - first here on Earth and then in the life after their demise.

Some, very few decent constituents are standing up for the community and making a sacrifice.

There are those that talk the talk but very few that can walk the walk.

Recently, we have come across emails using the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) - clearly showing, that the SF Health Department, the Environmental Protection Agency, Lennar and the City and County of San Francisco - more so the Mayor's Office of Economic Development - played a important role to conceal facts and adversely impact thousands - children, elders, and those whose immune system has been compromised because of various sickness - linked to contamination of the said - area.
