What a waste of time and money. Don't complain when a city, county or state employee gets laid off because there is no money to pay them. This money could have been used to keep a teacher employed, a library open or used for resources for the homeless shelter. Hope you never need any of these resources.
They'll hire more police anyway, or security guards, or downtown 'hosts' or...
