This introduction to a little known (esp. in the U.S. left), but significant aspect of one of Marxism's founders, examines Friedrich Engels' extensive work on Marxist war & military thought. What led Engels to become the orignator of Marxist theory on the subject, some of his major conclusions on war/anti-war and contemporary implications of his analysis.
