Several hundred people gathered in downtown San Francisco on February 5, 2011, in solidarity with the Egyptian people as they struggle against the tyranny of Hosni Mubarak.

Many diverse groups came to United Nations Plaza to offer their support for the revolutions in Egypt and Tunisa.

Fr. Hanna is a Coptic Orthodox Christian priest from St. Mary and St. Minna Coptic Church in Concord, Ca. The Coptic Church represents 9% of the population of Egypt. Fr. Hanna spoke at the rally: stating, "We are here to support Freedom."
