The EMINENT demise of the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and its machinations in SF.

Most people when they hear the word "Redevelopment" think that is it for the good of the people.

Well, to put it in simple terms Redevelopment is about stealing land, using it to build mostly high rise building, and then using the dense buildings to gather rent.

Many a time the Redevelopment Agency will use Eminent Domain - a law that gives the land owner some notice and the ability for SF Redevelopment Agency to buy your land - for pennies on the dollar.

Here is San Francisco we saw it with the destruction of many middle class families in the Fillmore.

We also saw it in years past in the area where now sits the Yerba Buena gardens.

We have seen it in the Bayview Hunters Point in the area where now sits the Main Post Office.

Redevelopment has been good to the Big Developers and has played "hell" with home owners, not compensating them, and in many cases causing the death of thousands.

We in San Francisco must not forget that in the sixties - the rich and powerful encouraged the demise of the Middle Class in the Fillmore aka Western Addition. Just because they happened to be Black. Let us remember this during the Black History Month - this year 2011 on the steps of City Hall. At this time the Blacks who will pretend to work for the Black of this City will make fake speeches - but will NOT speak the truth and not it about past history that brought about the deaths of thousands of Blacks in this City - the paradox, most of them - Middle Class.

Today, the same tactic has been used in the Bayview Hunters Point, South of Market Area, and was going to be used in the Mid-Market and other others.

While some may brag that SF Redevelopment has been successful in the Mission Bay, an area prone to liquefaction and flooding - the fact of the matter is that SF Redevelopment has not helped those that need help most - but catered and pandered to the rich Corporations and those with clout.

Further, in the case of Mission Bay the infrastructure is poor and will be compromised because of the poor landfill and the lurking issues linked with liquefaction and eminent flooding.

The people who live there at Mission Bay will tell you that. Owners of units will tell you about waivers that have to be signed - mostly dealing with liquefaction in case of an Earthquake. Flooding and so on.

SF Redevelopment as do other Redevelopment Agencies use tax increment to raise money. Then use this illegal manner of raising money to leverage more money. It is a ponzi scheme, always borrowing money, always cheating those that are victims, stealing their land, always coming out with the most dubious way to make money - while giving themselves fat salaries.

If that does not work the jerks will come out with Mello Roos and other such machinations and ploys. The latest ploys floating around Infrastructure Bond Communities. These jerks never give up.

The reality is that today the Economy has visited everyone - but the rich want more. And it may interest the general public to know that only 3 percent of the rich population control a vast amount of the money and assets of this Nation.

There is great divide - the poor and the filth rich. The middle class is eroding and eroding very fast.

Among the filthy rich who live in San Francisco the Getty's. If you care to do a little research on the Getty's for example you will learn how they made money with petroleum, their connection with the Nazis, I am talking Hitler and all Hitlers Operations - and you will find out how much they owe certain entities - not millions, not billions, but trillions. The same with the many other entities who really do not care about our Nation but only about GREED.

The SF Redevelopment has never been audited.

The make up of the SF Redevelopment Agency Commission all appointed by the Mayor of San Francisco - which is a quasi-State commission - consist of corrupt folks that work for the Mayor - in this case Mayor Gavin Newsom who appointed them - and by default the Interim Mayor of San Francisco - who should fire them - or else deal with the consequences.

Two SF Redevelopment Commissioners now sitting on the Commission were investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation - one Leroy King and the other Darshan King. Both dubious in nature.

The Chair of the SF Redevelopment Commission is Richard Swig - why would a man like him of wealth - be doing anything at all as the Chair of the SF Redevelopment Agency. The answer is simple - doing the bidding of the rich - and in this case Lennar, a Rogue Developer.

Lennar wants to build over 10,500 homes at Candlestick Point and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. The areas is prone to liquefaction and radiological contamination. These guys really do not care about that - they fast tracked the Environmental Impact Report and now want to pretend to build. Why do I say that? Because Lennar has no money - over $400 million in the hole.

Shame on those SF Board of Supervisors who still continue to support Lennar and the SF Redevelopment Agency.

So, the next best thing these goons, including LENNAR want to attain - is use a method called Land Banking. Big Developers know this ploy - buy land for cheap - buy contaminated land cheaper - put in the infrastructure and sell the plots to budding developers.

The developers then build high rises, dense housing, work with SF Redevelopment and everyone makes money.

The only unknown factor and surprise factor that SHAFTED the idiots this time around - was this ECONOMY that is not going anywhere for a long time. May be 10 years if I am right - seven for sure, before this Nation is able to pay its trillions of dollars in debt.

Plans created at Mission Bay linked with a brand new Police Headquarters linked to SF Redevelopment Agency money is going no where.

The same is true at the Mid-Market Conceptual Plans that now must be shelved.

The same holds true for buildings planned with the bidding of the America's Cup on the water front.

It goes on and on. Big Developers want to milk anything - they will milk a stone - to get money and foster their GREED.

The SFHOPE is going no where with everything stall at the Potrero Public Housing.

The same at Hunters View with all the Black sell outs - bitching and howling about nothing has been done by the John Stewart Company.

Gavin Newsom had announced big plans - the paradox is that something should have been done by now. The City gave the John Stewart Company million of dollars, the State gave the John Stewart Company over $100 million plus - but the John Stewart company is spending the money elsewhere - and no one really cannot touch these corrupt entities - because that is how the Big Corrupt Boys work.

Mercy Housing has no intention of doing anything at Sunnydale Housing Project.

It is amazing how SF Redevelopment Agency has been doling out the money and now does not know what to do.

The same at the old Schlage Lock Company by the Old Bayshore and Arleta. Over 1800 units planned on toxic ground - with the rail running within fifty feet, and Methane Gas spewing from the landfills. More fuel from the tanks near Brisbane - used for planes and fumes spewing in the air. Million of vehicle plying less then fifty feet from the proposed future units - spewing particulates, leader, mercury, copper, and so on.

The SF Public Utilities Commission has jump started tunneling all over the place and making hell lot of noise. No outreach and NO consideration to the needs of decent folks making a living and working in the construction areas.

The tunneling is linked to the flooding and upgrading of the sewer pipe lines - and God alone knows what. The SFPUC is always lying and never ever doing quality outreach.

Folks are imported from Oakland, paid well and want to tell San Franciscans - how to run our business - that is part of SFPUC fake outreach program.

It is sad that the SF City Departments are now part and parcel of the ploys and machinations of SF Redevelopment Agency's ploys.

Millions spent on Hunters Point, Treasure Island, else where will be moth balled. It will be dog eat dog soon - these City Department more Enterprise Departments have had it good for a long, long time. But, all that will come to a grinding halt.

Soon, before July, 2011 many employees that now have a cozy job - doing nothing much but parading their feathers much like a peacock at the many SF Redevelopment offices - will be out of job and the joke will be on them. For years these SF Redevelopment Agency employees have treated others with disdain.

Add to the list the crooks that get Redevelopment money just for saying and doing the bidding of the SF Redevelopment Agency - a host of them can be found in the Bayview. Sell outs that take the bread crumbs from the corrupt SF Redevelopment Agency. All of this nonsense will come to an end.

It is a joke when the Interim Mayor Ed Lee who I thought had some sense goes to Sacramento to plead on behalf of Redevelopment - this time around the joke in on those that cannot discern - and SF Redevelopment is a corrupt agency.

If this is not true - let the SF City and County of San Francisco - conduct an audit. You will not have to go far - to find out the many hidden ploys and machinations. Ask Harvey Rose about the SF Redevelopment Agency or for that matter anyone that has a bone of truth in this City and County of San Francisco.

The EMINENT demise of SF Redevelopment is at hand and rightly so.
