SF Redevelopment Agency has been exploiting the poor and favoring BIG DEVELOPERS.

The Redevelopment Agency has had it good for years.

Here in San Francisco especially working with corrupt Mayors the likes of Willie L.Brown and Gavin Newsom - the SF Redevelopment agency has used Tax Increment money to help dubious Property Management thugs like the John Stewart Company and Lennar - know all over the Nation to exploit innocent home owners.

At Hunters Point over $150 million was given to the John Stewart Company one of the largest Property Managers in California - to tear down some old Public Housing buildings and build new ones. It has been three years plus and nothing is happening - much.

The deconstruction of the old buildings took place a long time ago - with great fun fare with Gavin Newsom and those involved with SF Redevelopment - making great promises. Nothing much has happened. And no one is asking why is the John Stewart Company sitting on the over $150 million that was given them - by the State of California and the Redevelopment Agency that funded them this money.

The same with Potrero Hill and Bridge Development, the same at Sunnydale Public Housing with Mercy Housing, and the same as I said with the John Stewart Company at Hunters View. The HOPESF charade has been used to bluff, cheat, and deceive innocent people. So, has the promises made in Proposition G - where is the housing, where are the jobs, and who really is doing the cleanup of the Shipyard?

Where is Aurelious Walker, Sophie Maxwell, Gavin Newsom, James Bryant, Diane Feinstein, Angelo King, Doris Vincent, and the many other crooks and supporters on what was promised by Proposition G - now, that NOTHING has happened?

We saw the same with Lennar - again and again the SF Redevelopment Agency would insult us the tax payers at the SF Redevelopment Agency Commission meetings.

The SF Redevelopment Agency saw nothing wrong channeling millions of dollars to Lennar - when Lennar has never, ever kept its promise - not on Mare Island - not on the many other projects and development be they in San Diego or elsewhere.

Promising to build 10,000 homes, LENNAR the Rogue Developer after ten years had nothing to show at Mare Island adjacent to Vallejo.

Not, in Southern California with the LandSource Project, not in Florida, building thousands of inferior homes - laden with sheet rock that was inherent with fungi and imported from China.

Lennar is a Rogue Company that bombarded our community a radius of over three miles and affected thousands of children, more schools and children, our elders, and thousands of innocent people that just happened to be traveling through or were in the wrong place.

Lennar was fined over $150,000 the largest fine by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District. We the people attended the meetings, with our children and we the people demanded - justice.

We the people did not get any help from thugs like Darshan Singh and Leroy King who sit on the SF Redevelopment Agency Commission. The Pacific Heights Mafia and folks like Richard Swig.

The SF Redevelopment Agency has been building units and favoring those that the agency wants to favor.

The SF Redevelopment Agency has vouchers that it gave a long time ago to those that were adversely affect in the Western Addition. Over time, the agency, lost the vouchers and put thousands of innocent constituents whose homes were taken by Imminent Domain in jeopardy. Ask Olsen Lee who works at the SF Redevelopment Agency.

Imagine thousands of middle class folks - dying in the Tenderloin and the SF Redevelopment NOT taking responsibility for this drastic action. Karma. There is Karma and the sell outs, never understand this - until it is too late. Anyone that takes money from SF Redevelopment Agency, in on the pay roll will suffer. The agency has too much BLOOD on its hands. All nefarious actions - documented.

For the last twenty years in particular I have fought the SF Redevelopment Agency - but more when we the people collected 33,000 signatures, more signature then were required to challenge the SF Redevelopment Agency and that taking of over 2568 acres without due process.

On a minor technicality our votes were nullified - even after they were certified - by Dennis Herrera the City's Attorney - who now wants to run for Mayor. Let us see.

Just like that without one single meaningful meeting - a large area was declared a Survey Area in the Bay View. Incorporating the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard that was federal property, Candlestick Point that was not in the old Project Area, and even going as far as Visitation Valley.

Then without any due process this large area moved from a Survey area to a Project area. Angelo King, Doris Vincent, Willie B. Kennedy, and a host of other crooks took their dictation from SF Redevelopment Agency and just a few of us - had the guts to look SF Redevelopment Agency in the EYE and call them - corrupt - and that includes each and every SF Redevelopment Commissioner.

This holds true for the SF Redevelopment legal team and all those working and getting high salaries at SF Redevelopment Agency today. It is time, first an audit is conducted and then the entire SF Redevelopment Agency - laid to rest. Its demise was evident but now it is an imminent - reality.

Good riddance of very bad - rubbish.

The SF Redevelopment Agency continues to waste millions of dollars. Recently enticing the Federal Government in these dire times - to spend millions of dollars on art at the Shipyard -when the Shipyard today is much more toxic, contaminated, polluted and adversely impacts all life. A fact that can be comprehended if you read the Precautionary Principle - an Ordinance more a law in our City's books.

The SF Redevelopment Agency has no clue about the Precautionary Principle - that I have brought to its attention at the many meetings and in writing. " If there is any doubt that any life is being adversely impacted - all work must stop and an scientific inquiry made - complete with empirical data to prove the situation otherwise".

Artists working on the contaminated Shipyard have died of cancer.

Thousands of innocent workers and other - contractors, truckers, people living in close proximity of the Shipyard have died from cancer and other killer diseases.

The nonchalant attitude of the SF Redevelopment Agency and the Commission - has been let us waste the millions of Tax Increment money, let us push the envelope, let us fight the community.

Well the TRUTH always wins - Lennar is no more it is drowning in the CESSPOOL of its own creation.

The thugs that supported Lennar and SF Redevelopment Agency are in shock. All their projects be they at the Shipyard, in the South of Market Area, the Mid-Market area - all must come to a halt.

An inquiry is necessary because some crooks must go to jail - and included on the list Marcia Rosen, Jesse Blout, Dwayne Jones - and I will be bold to say the former Mayors Gavin Newsom and Willie L. Brown.

The present SF Board of Supervisor has not listened to the community. Let us see what these buffoons have to say - now. In a 8-3 these idiots voted against the community and in favor of Lennar - the SF Board of Supervisors - gave Lennar the right to develop.

Leading the charge Sophie Maxwell who is now running away from reality - but not for very long. She must be brought to trial - and the TRUTH told - this evil woman has sold the community.

Nothing much has changed now with folks beholden to the MACHINE. We the people are alive and stronger then ever. The Shipyard must be cleaned to the highest standards and those adversely impacted compensated - it is called - restitution.

The land was stolen from the Ohone. This fact must be reckoned with. The Ohlone have patrimonial jurisdiction. No none can take that away. The rest of you that think you have some power have none. You all will fall prey to your own ploys and machinations. Corrupt that you all are - LIARS. Politicians not worth the salt and scum of the earth.

Those now working for the SF Redevelopment Agency must be fired - sooner then later. Let us not permit our tax payers money to be wasted one single day. I will be writing to Governor Jerry Brown and sending him all the documents he needs to track the crooks.

The sell outs are drowning and rightly so - the sell outs have now finally realized that no one can trust the SF Redevelopment Agency and the Commission. All those paid out, sell outs coming at the various meetings to testify and give false testimony. Where are they now?

A shout out to Alice Griffith - you testified, fed by stale pizzas and told LIES - now, wallow in the LIES and the cesspool you all have created. Go to your god Dwayne Jones and Angelo King that bused you idiots - to bring about your - imminent downfall. You all did not listen to those that told you the truth. Nothing will happen at Alice Griffith Public Housing - in the many years to come. Nothing.

Where is Communities of Opportunity? That fat slut that represented you all -speaking on your behalf but spewing toxic lies - and hoping against hope that the crooks would throw in you way - some stale bread crumbs.Pathetic fools you all - mostly Black but some foolish Latinos - too.

You have all these jerks from outside the likes of Tiffany Bohee - and now she and others are realizing what I have been saying for a long time. Evil folks with ulterior motives - prey on the innocent and laughing all the way to the bank - with ill gotten Tax Increment Money.

City Build is part of the conspiracy and thought it would have it good. Your foundation is shaky, the liked of Rhonda Simmons must go - and those that fund this agency that has wasted millions over sixty million all these six years - with nothing to show - are fooling themselves.

SF Redevelopment Agency and Commission - your day has come and you are the most despicable entity and agency in San Francisco.

The sooner you close shop the better - you have now met your challenge - and you must face it and face your demise sooner then later. You brought it on yourself - and I predicted it a long time ago. No good will come at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and may I add to that Treasure Island. Go lick your chops - and never for a second think - you can fool, all the people all the time.
