SF Redevelopment Agency hurting as all new housing and other plans will come to a halt.

The present Economy has hit all developers - and especially Big Developers are hurting and rightly so.

The Big Developers used corrupt banks and other financial institution to bluff their way and cheat, steal, and destroy - innocent home buyers. These are the ones that hurt our Nation's economy from which we will take at least seven years to recover.

The sub-prime loans that we talk about today, the derivatives that huge financial institution used as ploys and machinations - brought our Nation to the brink of utter disaster.

People know this - but people should know it better - those behind the Economic Crisis had their finger in the Housing Projects, other buildings - where without any sound fiscal planning - a fake economy backed by banks and huge financial institution like Goldman Sachs and J.P Morgan - were bet against great odds - that their secret investment - would win the race.

Added Redevelopment funds were used to FUEL this false economy. High density, cheap housing, were built to try to rake in the money quickly and repeat the corrupt model - again and again. It did not work and will never work.

We know that these corrupt agencies and ploys failed and that " we the people banked them out " - and none of these despicable culprits the likes and the ilk of "Barnie Madoff" - have gone to jail.

If this was the case in China that lends us most of the money to keep our economy stable - and this is no joke - those crooks that I have mentioned - would all be "hung" in public - and rightly so.

There is a big divide between the filthy rich and those that live pay check to pay check.

No one seems to care about white collar crime - rampant on Wall Street, in the Financial Institution, at Redevelopment and its related agencies - these vermin were prospering but no more. There is Justice and there is a GOD.

In comes SF Redevelopment Agency, the most untrusted agency in San Francisco. It is a quasi-State agency that now is being stifled and rightly so. For the longest time ever this ugly institution has preyed on the poor. Preyed on property owners, stolen their land using imminent domain laws - then used ploys like " tax increment " to make tons of money.

In San Francisco it has preyed on Churches - one in particular the Grace Tabernacle Community Church - promising it help but doing all in its power to adversely impact it. You just cannot promise and then quote illegally condition and laws - to come to some conclusion that favor the SF Redevelopment's fake thinking and illogical adjudication.

The Grace Tabernacle Community Church at Ingalls and Oakdale must be made whole - if not the consequences - will be severe - I said this a long time ago and I say it again.

Go to the SF Redevelopment Agency today at One South Vanness and check out the behavior of these idiots.

Most of them - walking up and down, doing nothing, and if you ask for something they will delay giving it to you.

I get what I want by revealing this fact at public meetings - all documented by me - on Television. Then, when such a request has been made in public - all of a sudden some document that was difficult to get - is given to me, on a platter.

Very few have the patience, less the tenacity to take on the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency with some aged folks like Darshan Singh and Leroy King - sitting on the Commission and pushing the framed agenda - taking money under the table and laughing all the way to the bank.
Institutional corruption of the highest order - perpetuated by these aged - fools.

Both Darshan Singh and Leroy King were investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and are still closely, monitored. This does not prevent them from using other dubious conduits to collect money that has been siphoned to them - under the cover of darkness and by shady - persons.

Today, in San Francisco the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard will be affected by the stalling of Redevelopment Funds from Sacramento - where before millions flowed to the SF Redevelopment Agency and millions were wasted - millions spend to prop up Big Corrupt Developers - like Lennar.

Proposition G - backed by Diane Feinstein and Gavin Newsom. Aurelious Walker and Lola Whittle is glaring at most in the face.

The Mid-Market area will be affected and so will some key projects in the South of Market area. Big promises were made - but now the Redevelopment Agency - will shy away from the promises - having raised hopes and now comes the sunken - spirits.

Mission Bay will see large projects come to a standstill - and SF Redevelopment Agency will be left holding the bag. Never mind the land is prone to liquefaction, is toxic, and that none of these conditions were addressed in a holistic - manner.

In the Bayview and the Third Street corridor - hundreds of cheap, dense housing are standing vacant. No one wants to buy them. No one wants to rent them. Attempts - are being made to dump these units - and even Chinese investment sort out at the expense of lowering our National - dignity.

SF Redevelopment Agency and the Commissioners can be likened to a whore - they will take anything now to fill their empty belly - after cheating, bluffing, stifling the many innocent constituents of San Francisco - all these years. The ship is sinking and he laughs best who laughs last.

Ask Olson Lee from SF Redevelopment Agency - and he will tell you thousands of vouchers were given to those that lost property, in the Western Addition - due to the corruption and inhumane actions of SF Redevelopment Agency.

Of those thousands of vouchers given - the SF Redevelopment did not keep track of the records, lost the lists of those affected constituents, and even today is slow to make those adversely affected - whole.

Ask the folks in the Mission and they will tell you horror stories of SF Redevelopment Agency. Well, here is what I say - KARMA.

It is just a matter of time - when SF Redevelopment Agency and the especially the SF Redevelopment Commissioners - will sink, into the CESSPOOL of their own creation.

No one - I repeat NO ONE - can harm innocent people and think for a second all will be well. There is this domino affect that has already hit Redevelopment in San Francisco - you stole, you harmed, you spat on those that needed succor and now you will be SHAFTED and you all scumbags deserve the punishment you brought on yourself.

In past years dubious characters the likes of Marcia Cohen, Jesse Blout, and in recent years Michael Cohen, Tiffany Bohee and others - that I can mention played a role in the corruption and and ploys to adversely impacted innocent constituent in San Francisco - they all did this with intent.

It is this intent that cries to heaven - the promises not kept, the bluffing galore that is coming to bite these vermin in the butt.

Governor Jerry Brown with his Jesuit training is no fool - I know him for over 35 years.

There is a big difference between Jerry Brown and former thug Mayor of San Francisco - Willie L.Brown Jr. and Willie's affiliation to the Redevelopment Agency and Big Developers such as, LENNAR.

Governor Jerry Brown knows too much about the REDEVELOPMENT agency and all its facets. He learned more - when he dealt with the Sacramento Agency - and he was the Mayor of Oakland.

The Southeast Sector in San Francisco - the largest area, the last frontier - the over 1700 acres - will not get much money from SF Redevelopment Agency - LENNAR is already ready to dump the property - it is called Land Banking.

You invest a little, mostly in cheap infrastructure, cheap roads, inferior plumbing, and then you sell to other crooks - who will dump it on yet other devious crooks - and the show goes on. Much like the derivatives that have come to destroy our Nation's economy. The land once belong to the First People - better know as the American Indians - from whom the corrupt strangers stole the land. There is the cry of restitution that the mostly corrupt do not recognize.

This time around the present dire Economy that will last another five years if not seven - the lack of any thirst for Real Estate, the world economy and other pertinent factors, in a FLUX - do not favor our Nation. The filthy rich are hurting for the first time and rightly so. Big Developers are jumping ship and many have declared bankruptcy.

No one is their right mind is going into construction.

Yet SF Redevelopment Agency was talking in flowing terms about the Mid-Market, plans in the South of Market Area, Mission Bay, Hunters Point and Candlestick Point - and all this and more has come to a standstill. These vermin have been shafted and rightly, so.

The curses of the thousands the SF Redevelopment Agency has hurt has come to roost - these bastards will never learn - there is only so much of pimping and whoring you can do - and get away with murder.

I have been monitoring these jerks for the last twenty five years in earnest and what I see - I do not like.

You idiots brought it on yourself - this perfect storm - will take you down and bring about the eminent demise of a cheating, stealing, corrupt agency - the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and other related institutions. Aho.
