Gavin Newsom is history time to clean to get rid of the many dubious appointments - ASAP.
At long last the scourge of San Francisco has left. Gone away and forever. A pest has gone and good riddance of very bad rubbish. Now, it is time we rid of the over 4000 appointments - mostly so called Administrative Assistants - most whores and pimps that were offered jobs - as favors. We must start with these useless fat and trim the work force - in Upper Management. All those that do not co-operate should have their salaries trimmed by twenty five percent. No one should be making more then $200,000. If they disagree - let them find a job - some where else.
For too long have we appointed "thugs" such as Willie L.Brown Jr. and Gavin Newsom - who have worked with the Pacific Heights Mafia - to rule San Franciscans - placing their favorite whores and pimps in key places, giving them mundane jobs - all over San Francisco's City Hall and beyond - in operations linked to City Departments and mostly Enterprise Departments.
The City has a $6.8 Billion dollar budget plus and employs a works force of over 28,000. Our population is about 816,000. It is a shame that for every 29 constituents we have one City Worker - and if that is not a shame - I do not know what is.
One of the main reasons Gavin Newsom - extended his stay - was to make sure that these many useless stooges - as useless as some of the sitting SF Board of Supervisors - are there to carry on dubious projects that benefit the Big Developers and those that have vested - interests.
These nonsense where jobs are given so that favors are spread around and kick backs offered is way too many to describe has been going on for years.
Willie L.Brown Jr. during his administration - changed the City's Charter but he also appointed thousands of so called useless Administrative Assistants - none of them have under gone tests - and none of them should be working at the expense of the tax payers. Gavin Newsom carried on the same corrupt - formula.
The Controller's Office is fully aware of this fat - and so are the SF Supervisors - most of them useless, lack the ability to discern and have no leadership. The SF Board of Supervisors - have increased their individual pay checkl from some $38,000 to over $116,000 with perks and benefits.
Add to that the many kick backs - under the table deals - and the constant whoring and pimping going on - in most of their offices - day in and day out. More pandering to the corrupt and less managing the affairs of the COMMONS - the people - the SALT of the EARTH.
When most of these SF Supervisor come before their Committee Meetings they are not prepared to hear the constituents.
Hence, the reduction in time when it comes to public comment. They do not want - those that know about the facts to expose them. The prefer to talk about mundane stuff and international topics - over which they have absolutely NO - jurisdiction. They love to spew - hot air.
The former Mayors have encouraged corruption - but, none more then Gavin Newsom the most despicable man to enter and tarnish the name of the previous good Mayors of San Francisco.
Room 200 is worse off - having had Gavin Newsom carry out his extra curricula activities - including sleeping with his best friend's wife - Ruby Trouk - who was his Appointment Secretary.
San Francisco is now facing a Budget Deficit - when in fact we should not.
The SF Board of Supervisors have had it good. And when it comes Budget time - thousands will gather to complain and these IDIOTS that pretend to REPRESENT - will conduct the business of the people in a nonchalant manner - and insult the constituents - even as the come and plead that some programs - should not be cut.
With Newsom in office - corruption has sky rocketed.
The Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Work Force must be eliminated.
This office that pretends to do good work - is in reality a curse for the City. At one time it had but a handful of employees - now, that has fifty fold - and most of the FOOLS - in the upper echelon making over $175,000 plus. Well, the time has come to get rid of the fat - and send these idiots - packing away.
Recently, these fools spent more time and money - trying to impress upon us that the America's Cup will do this City - good. The contrary is the truth.
We the taxpayers had NO say in giving the SHOP away - and catering to Larry Ellison and giving him - prize water front property with leases - extending to over 60 years.
The Public Trust Property, the 7.5 mile water front in San Francisco - that belongs to all Californians - did not have one single meeting that incorporated the constituents and the representation - from all quarters - of California.
We are used to crooks of the highest caliber - the likes and ilk of Barnie Madoff - coming into our living rooms and re-arranging our furniture without our permission.
The latest trend having a dubious character like Rose Pak play some trivial part in the selection of our City's Interim Mayor, the last minute anointment of a District Attorney, the hasty choosing of a Police Chief, and other appointments to Commissioner positions - does NOT bode well for this City.
In one week prior to the departure of Gavin Newsom aka Caligula - this devious man - created as much havoc to make headlines in the local Main Press - the Chronicle - that is not worth lining the base of any bird cage.
The Chronicle especially and the Editorial have encouraged the extended stay of Gavin Newsom - no wonder its readership has gone down.
MUNI is worse off today then it was 15 years ago - nay, ten years ago.
We have more homeless on the streets of San Francisco - over 15,000 and growing. Add to that about 10,000 Veterans that no one seems to care about.
A little known secret that should wake up this sleepy City - are our Senior Citizens that form over 55% of our population - and growing.
No one seems to care about our Senior.
One in three children in San Francisco - one of the richest Cities in the Nation - goes to bed hungry. These mostly in the Southeast Sector - where 25% of the children - live shabby lives.
Transportation issues that affect our Seniors are kept at the minimum and when it comes time to express themselves - the Seniors are - S I L E N C E D. And all this in our great City and County of San Francisco - a City know for its DISCRIMINATION and blatant RACISM.
The new novice SF Board of Supervisors will be in session today and I hope to address them.
They may not like what I say - but, some one must put these wanabees on notice.
Already, at the swearing in ceremony - I detected some false pride and lack of willingness to serve and represent. Time will tell.
