Commons economics is a common-sensical, internally coherent, transformative perspective on the social relationships at play in the satisfaction of human wants.
In this two hour short lecture interspersed with short "world cafe" break-outs, participants will get a meaningful taste of the clarity that Commons Economics brings to wage, housing, and environmental questions. If the proposed Civic Center CBD which will enlarge ground rents for landlords at the expense of the public paying for a private police force strikes you as goofy, ludicrous or brazen, you're sure to take away some valuable talking points from this afternoon's event. After the session late lunch/early dinner supplied. Free. Visit http://www.TheCommonsSF.org for more information and to RSVP
