A Chance to Supoort Indy Media from the Middle East

U.S.-based journalists are raising funds to bring back "intimate narratives from the West Bank and Gaza." Their fund raising campaign on Kickstarter.com runs only through Dec. 31st.

If anyone is interested in seeing how independent reporters are moving forward in a chilly journalism climate, check out what San Francisco-based Journalist Mateo Hoke is up to. He and the team of the upcoming book "Palestine Speaks- Voices from the Holy Land" are trying to crowd-fund their indy-media project via Kickstarter.com. Kickstarter is a website where creative folks are able to raise money for their respective projects.
