Supervisor Susan Adams invites you to hear author and attorney, Ellen Hodgson Brown discuss how California could create its own bank and have it up and running in a matter of months. North Dakota has owned its own bank for nearly a century. At a time when most states are struggling with serious budget shortfalls, North Dakota boasts a billion dollar surplus, a huge sum for such a sparsely populated state. North Dakotans have beaten the Wall Street credit freeze by generating their own credit.
Ellen Brown is an attorney and has written eleven books, including "Web of Debt”. Her websites are http://www.webofdebt.com, http://www.ellenbrown.com, & http://www.public-banking.com. Come join us for a lively discussion. A question and answer period will follow the presentation. The program is free and open to the public.
