Filmmaker Ken Paul Rosenthal will present "Crooked Beauty," a poetic documentary that chronicles Jacks McNamara’s transformative journey from psych ward patient to radical mental health advocacy and cofounder of the Icarus Project.
Artist-activist Jacks McNamara will read from their poetry and discuss Scarsongs, a collaborative work-in-progress that collects stories about trauma and resilience to bring people into connection and conversation.
$5-10 donation (no one turned away for lack of funds)
