Your bodies are needed! Say NO to DRONES! This recruiting station recruits pilots!!!

PLEASE join Leeza at the MRS (marine recruiting station) this Wednesday, November 17th, at noon to continue our vital counter-recruitment and anti-war presence in Berkeley.

Your participation and presence is so important, not just to CodePINK, but especially to those young people considering war as an option for their lives.

Wear hot pink! Bring signs! Or just BE THERE!

The MRS is located at 64 Shattuck Square, Berkeley - on Shattuck Ave just south of University, where Shattuck runs one-way and north. Or 2 blocks north of the downtown BART station.

Aimee Allison, recently laid-off Morning Show co-host on KPFA, is a former combat medic, Conscientious Objector and, more recently, counter-recruitment activist. However, her attitude towards Barack Obama's drone attacks on Pakistan has been equivocal and, if it's opposition, it's an opposition that accepts the 'defense' of the U.S. empire against 'terrorists'. Check out this video:

If, after seeing that video, you still think that Aimee Allison's not being on the air is a loss, I don't suppose you would have voted for me in the Local Station Board election anyway.

We are 100% volunteer and depend on your participation to sustain our efforts!
