SF Community Access Producers Blast BAVC Board Of Directors & Management
The board of Bay Area Video Coalition met on September 24, 2010 which was one year after they took over the operations of the San Francisco community access station. This violates SF City rules that require that they have a public meeting twice a year. Some community access produces blasted the board and management for failing to properly serve the producers and public and even refusing to list all the shows on the community access station.

At the BAVC board on September 24, 2010, San Francisco producers blasted
the mismanagement of the community access station for refusing to publicize
the shows, not allowing access and use of the main studio and violating the SF
City rules by not having a public board meeting for over a year. The City of San
Francisco Department of Technology is supposed to supervise the compliance
with the contract but they apparently have abandoned that responsibility and did
not even turn up at the meeting.
