Actually, I wonder if the news staff will report on Phelps' epic FAIL of a lawsuit and how his "clients" are gonna have to pay Dan Siegals fees out of their own pockets.

If I worked at a place where the finances were coming apart at the seams, I'm not sure I'd spend my time in high school.

Is this how the professionals intend to engage the broader progressive community?

The court has only issued a tentative ruling. Some of it is contrary to established case law. Final ruling won't happen until after October 21 hearing.
