Award winning investigative journalist Peter Byrne exposes the systemic manipulation
of the UC pension funds by UC Regent Richard Blum who is married to Senator Diane Feinstein.
The criminal scheme was to profit Blum and other UC Regents and investors and other investors
by investing UC funds in ventures that they had investments in. Many of these investment
manipulations were potential criminal violations of conflict of interest laws in California.
