Death Penalty Democrat millionaire, anti-workingclass, pro-austerity, anti-Prop 19 Attorney General & candidate for Governor, Jerry Brown, is promoting the barbaric, anti-workingclass murder of a human being just after midnight on September 29. Will all of you be at the anti-death penalty protest the evening of September 28? See
http://www.indybay.org/newsitems/2010/09/24/18659701.php

Prop 19 legalizes marijuana and effectively gets rid of most of the prison-industrial complex as it is fed by the stupid drug laws. All drugs should be legal, thus getting them off the streets as they would have no street market value. People already pour junk into their system in the form of alcohol, tobacco, coffee, junk food, etc. If they want to ingest more junk, they can. The fact is, most of these illegal drugs would disappear; they are only here because they are illegal and therefore profitable on the street. Democrats Jerry Brown, SF mayor and candidate for Lt Gov, Gavin Newsom, and US Senator Dianne Feinstein all oppose Proposition 19.

I WANT TO SEE ALL OF YOUR LABOR UNION BANNERS AT THE ANTI-DEATH PENALTY PROTEST ON SEPTEMBER 28. The death penalty is first and foremost a class weapon of terror against the workingclass, and in racist USA, also a racist terrorist weapon, to keep us too terrorized to do any labor organizing as labor organizing is a threat to profits and the very existence of the private profit system, which must be eliminated if humanity and the earth are to survive. That is why Democrat Jerry Brown and Republican Meg Whitman, both mouthpieces of the capitalist class, by definition anti-labor, do not hesitate to carry out the death penalty. Brown has stated he is against the death penalty but actions speak louder than words. Jerry Brown is a member of the ruling capitalist class.

If you want candidates who oppose the death penalty, support Proposition 19, support the workingclass and never take contributions from corporations, you must vote Peace and Freedom or Green AS THESE ARE THE ONLY VIABLE PARTIES BY DEFINITION. ANY CANDIDATE WHO PROMOTES AUSTERITY IS ANTI-WORKINGCLASS AND NO MILLIONAIRE CAN REPRESENT THE WORKINGCLASS. So vote for Carlos Alvarez for governor at

or Laura Wells for governor at
