Free Education Movement "Demonstrations"? "Civil Disobedience"? "Occupations"? "Anarchists"? Many rumors. Many questions. A lot has happened on the Berkeley campus last academic year. But just what? And why? Where do Direct Action and Civil Disobedience come from? Please come to a two-hour forum, "Civil Disobedience and Direct Action: History, Theory, Practice." Sponsored by the Solidarity Alliance at UC Berkeley (a loose coalition of unions, workers, faculty, staff, and students).
