The Pacific Coast Federation of Fishermen’s Associations (PCFFA), the Institute for Fisheries Resources, and Food & Water Watch is hosting an afternoon of conversations with several local fishing legends, including Larry Collins and Mike Hudson, the founder of SalmonAID, almon populations., will be taking place this Friday, September 10, at 1 p.m. and includes an afternoon of conversation with You’ll also get to watch a short film clip and listen to a brief book reading by Bill Carter a journalist who spent several summers commercial salmon fishing in Alaska, and wrote a book about the experience.
