Marianne will read from her recently published autobiography, Out of the Frying Pan, Into the Fire: The Restless Journey of Marianne "Jolly" Robinson. The book is a lively chronicle of Marianne's nontraditional life as folk singer, activist, single working mother, poet, photographer, writer/editor, and lots more. Poems, photos, and graphic images illustrate each chapter, adding substance to the fast-moving narrative.
