IS VERMONT SENDING PRISONERS TO STATES WHERE MARIJUANA POSSESSION IS NOT A CRIME?

by CRIS ERICSON (USMJP [at] YAHOO.COM)
Is the State of Vermont sending prisoners out-of-state to prisons in States where marijuana possession of under one ounce is not a crime? Can the prisoners file for POLITICAL ASYLUM? WILL YOU HELP THEM?
crisericson_garden.jpg
According to WCAX News in Vermont, prisoners in Vermont
are being sent to out-of-state private-for-profit prisons
in Kentucky, Tennessee and Massachusetts.

If a prisoner is sent to prison for marijuana possession,
cultivation, or marijuana sales, and the prisoner is sent to
a state where the penalties for such activities are LESS HARSH
than in Vermont, does the prisoner have a right to file in court
for POLITICAL ASYLUM?

Doesn't it seem peculiar to the jail guards to have a prisoner
sent from Vermont to their state for marijuana crimes, when, for example,
in Massachusetts marijuana possession of up to one ounce is
NOT A CRIME?

" August 13, 2010
Vermont has a new out-of-state prison contract
that will keep inmates closer to home and save money....
move about 100 inmates from
private prisons in Kentucky and Tennessee
to Greenfield, Mass....

CRIS ERICSON IS ON THE OFFICIAL ELECTION BALLOT IN
VERMONT FOR THE UNITED STATES MARIJUANA PARTY,
AND SHE OWNS THE DOMAINS:

There is no affiliation between Cris Ericson and Rich Rawlings
or Sheree Krider of the "United States Marijuana Party" in
Kentucky or Illinois or with their domain, http://usmjparty.com,
which was formerly controlled by Marc Emery, Prince of Pot, from
Canada.

Cris Ericson is a certified political candidate.
She is running a POLITICALl campaign,
not a SOCIAL organization.

It is not legal for a Canadian to run a political party
in the U.S.A.

If Rich Rawlings and Sheree Krider are CLAIMING
they REPRESENT A POLITICAL PARTY
while using funds raised to send to Marc Emery, Prince of Pot,
in Federal Prison, they MAY POSSIBLY BE IN VIOLATION OF FEDERAL
CAMPAIGN FINANCE LAWS. http://www.fec.gov

Rich Rawlings and Sheree Krider are trying to create a
"drug war of words and intimidation" by writing articles
telling people to not donate to Cris Ericson's political campaign.

Rich Rawlings and Sheree Krider are NOT certified candidates
and their website, http://usmjparty.com, is NOT certified with
ANY Secretary of State. They do NOT OWN THE NAME,
"UNITED STATES MARIJUANA PARTY".

CRIS ERICSON HAS COMPLIED WITH
EVERY STATE ELECTION LAW
AND IS ON THE OFFICIAL ELECTION BALLOT IN VERMONT
FOR THE UNITED STATES MARIJUANA PARTY.
No amount of intimidation and "threats" by Rich Rawlings and
Sheree Krider will change that.

What is the MOTIVE of Rich Rawlings and Sheree Krider in
telling people to not donate to Cris Ericson's campaign?
Are they just bullies, like Mexican druglords?
Are they like gang members staking out their territory,
and demanding that they own the territory of the whole U.S.A.?

Are they planning on getting a distributorship of marijuana seeds
from Marc Emery, Prince of Pot, when he is released from
Federal Prison for selling marijuana seeds allegedly to
70,000 Americans over the internet from Canada in the U.S. Mails?
Do they assume that marijuana will be legal by the time Marc Emery
is released so that they are now asserting their threats and intimidation
and trying to claim their territory like illegal drug lords do?

What effect will the behaviour of Rich Rawlings and Sheree Krider have on
any other business or corporation that will want to sell marijuana seeds
in the U.S.A. when marijuana is legalized?
