As many of you may already know, Judge Vaughn Walker’s decision on the “Prop 8” trial (Perry, et al vs. Schwarzenegger, et al) will be released today sometime between 1:00pm-3pm PDT.
UPDATE: Proposition 8 Ruled Unconstitutional Federal District Judge Vaughn Walker ruled today that Proposition 8 is unconstitutional. The case will now move to the Court of Appeals.
Everyone is invited to gather at The Diversity Center to celebrate or get ready for the next step in the journey towards Marriage Equality. If you would like to be at the Center for the decision, please feel free to join us earlier.
