AETA4 Indictment Dismissed!

Judge Whyte today ruled to dismiss the case of the AETA4 without prejudice
Judge Ronald Whyte today ordered the case of the AETA4 dismissed without prejudice. The order states that the indictment is factually insufficient. The government can choose to reindict - this is what is meant by "without prejudice"
