To disseminate information about something is different than "propaganda", unless of coarse you care more about the subject being a tool for advancing an agenda than about the subject itself.

instead of being afraid of words like propaganda we acknowledge the need for it, understand how it is different than art in general (including revolutionary art), and use it when necessary.

its not a dichotomy of whether you care about the issue or you have an agenda. rather, our stances on the issues reflect our agenda: revolution.
