UC8 Reporter: Judge's Order to Quash Warrant, for UC to Return All Photos & Submit Declaration

by dave id
This is Alameda County Superior Court Judge Yolanda Northridge's order that the warrant obtained for my photographs be quashed. It requires that the University of California return my original disks and all copies of photographs. Additionally, it requires UC to file a declaration under oath regarding any individuals or entities with which they may have shared the photographs.

[Note that the order reads "proposed" only because the judge signed the exact proposed order submitted by the First Amendment Project on my behalf, with the addition of the handwritten order for UC's declaration.]
