by Cris Ericson (crisericson [at] yahoo.com)
BOYCOTT ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES UNTIL MARIJUANA IS EQUALLY LEGAL! NON-MARIJUANA ACTIVISTS WILL STILL BUY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ANYWAY, BUT IF MARIJUANA ACTIVISTS STOP BUYING ANY ALCOHOL, IT WILL MAKE A SERIOUS DENT IN ALCOHOL INDUSTRY PROFITS!

BOYCOTT ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES UNTIL MARIJUANA
IS EQUALLY LEGAL UNDER THE LAW!

Non-marijuana activists will still buy alcoholic beverages anyway;
but if marijuana activists
stop buying any alcoholic beverages
it will make a serious dent in
alcohol industry profits!

This message was brought to you by Cris Ericson,

what a ridiculous idea! Apparently Ms Ericson is unaware that many conscious people who use cannabis also support small, local micro-brewers who produce great beers and ales, as well as local wineries who grow grapes organically. A boycott of those, or any, alcoholic beverages will do nothing to forward the cause of legalizing cannabis; in fact, Ms Ericson and her pronouncements are more of a hindrance to legalization efforts. legalization is common sense; boycotting alcoholic beverages as part of that campaign is not.
