BP sold off its 13,000 Ameican gas stations to franchisers, many of them directly from the Rockefeller Standard Oil holdings, but required that
franchisers purchase BP oil until 2020. BP's prices, said NPR, generally run 7 cents
a gallon more than average. BP requires franchisers to use its credit card processing
system, which delays payment for 7 days.

Jesse Jackson is one of many calling for a BP boycott. The boycotts have occurred
spontaneously around the country.

NOAA is not an authoritative source since its managers are linked to the Obama regime
which has taken money from BP. However even NOAA says oil plumes are now 142 miles
away from the gushing site.

Steve Inskeep of NPR reported that BP is just now bringing a 2nd collection ship
from the North Sea. Meanwhile NPR writers continue to refer to the explosions' constant
gushing of in the least estimate 10,000 tons of hydrogen compounds daily as a 'leak'.

Obama's rhetoric has upped as he called BP's actions 'recklessness' but he is still
abdicating his role to BP's CEO in allowing that company to continue its greed
for partial capture to trump its responsibility to cap the well which is pouring forth
