Mark Ripperda from the Region IX EPA should be ashamed of himself pandering to LENNAR.

The point that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) should understand is that the EPA signed off on Parcel A - a document that is named the Record of Decision (ROD).

From its inception the EPA has failed to Protect our community. Mark Ripperda an employee who works for the EPA is not an expert on Asbestos Dust but more does not have the fortitude, less compassion to deal with human beings.

I have been at numerous meetings with this individual - cold and calculated, this man could care less about "people of color" and Jared Blumenfeld who is the Director, of the EPA, Region IX should bring this individual in and question him about the dubious methods used to - retest some random samples - using fake methods - and coming to a conclusion that is mind boggling, less scientific, and what is of real importance, to those in the know - impotent.

While LENNAR a rogue developer took upon itself to demolish over 35 feet of Ultramaphic Serpentinite Rock - so dense that millions of gallons are required to keep the very dense structures under control. Lennar chose not to address the requirements, failed to abide to Article 31 of the SF Health Department - linked to Dust and Asbestos Controls.

LENNAR with intent bombarded our community, harmed our children and all under the watchful eye of Mark Ripperda and others like him.

The paradox is that over 4 years the EPA, Ripperda's and his fellow EPA workers and Mark Ripperda himself - was no where to be found, seen, and did nothing to "PROTECT" the community. Mark Ripperda is a cold man who has no compassion and whose IQ is one has defies - sense, less logic. He speaks with a forked tongue.

The man was present before a world class Scientist Wilma Subra - and could not answer the many questions she posed to him.

After some time I had to tell him that the EPA is in the business of protecting people - but has done nothing for the constituents of Bayview and Hunters Point.

I told the idiot that I understand how the Federal Government works - and the man was dumb founded. Region IX has a poor track record and must be ashamed of itself for NOT addressing pollution and other chronic issues in its back yard. Hunters Point Shipyard can be reached in less then twenty minutes from the EPA Hawthorne Office.

It took the idiots over 3 years to come and see for themselves what really was happening - after the Record of Decision was signed. If this is not blatant RACISM - I just do not know what is. The Hunters Point episode of polluting and bombarding the community is genocide - the HOLOCAUST in our contemporary times.

Of course Marcia Rosen, Jesse Blout, Michael Cohen, Larry Badner, John Rahim, Dean Macris, Diane Feinstein, Richard Blum, Richard Swig, and the other like minded "thugs" working for LENNAR - think, we - the community, do not know better - but, there is a God and those that harm children - will suffer more on this Earth and worse still - after.

At a recent meeting held at the Bayview YMCA, by the U.S Navy on important issues linked to Radiological Elements - Mark Ripperda was absent.

Jackie Lane who is not a Scientist was in attendance and an administrative person - and while others present, thought she should have a say in some matters posed to the EPA (who were not present) - Jackie Lane remained silent - because she knew what I would say - if she opened her mouth.

At every level the EPA has been a disgrace to our Nation. We have just to preview what is happening in the Gulf of Mexico with the oil drilling and the vast areas of pristine marsh lands destroyed. Where is the EPA on this one? Where is Lisa Jackson on this one? And this is happening in her backyard and close to where she hails from.

If you go to Lisa Jackson Face Book you see diagrams that show you how these idiots think of themselves and how they think they can fool all the people all the time - using conceptual plans.

The EPA is a joke and I have said this to their face - when it comes to Green Gases, Particulates, Quality of Life issues, indoor and out door pollution of all kinds - they make idiotic policies but have no clout. We have employees that work at Region IX who have told us about corruption.

We have sat down with these idiots and they do not seem to comprehend simple logic. Always talking in circles. Not one single meeting has been beneficial - these folks should be sent to jail for a long time. They have blood on their hands.

The toxic dust, laden with many high level elements like lead, benzene, PCBs, Asbestos Structures disturbed and created by LENNAR is of paramount importance. We have documentation of high level of lead, benzene, and other very toxic elements - that Mark Ripperda and his buffoons do not seem to care.

For years no precise monitoring was done. At times monitors were hidden under bushes. At other times the monitors could not record because there were no batteries. All this under the stupid watch of the EPA and their very dumb - employees from EPA Region IX.

Initially, when Parcel A was conveyed there were over four hundred mature trees that LENNAR clear cut - without a permit.

Then, LENNAR found foot prints of homes that were not addressed before. Soon they found sewer pipes and they found Radiological Elements. All this after the Record of Decision (ROD) was signed. What has the EPA to say about this? Are there any records that speak to the fact - that after the ROD was signed - Radiological Elements were found and are there records that any mitigation and abatement - were carried out? Checkmate EPA!

I say screw the EPA and folks like Mark Ripperda. I am looking forward to engaging this piece of S*** at the next meeting I meet him. He should be ashamed of himself - putting out fake documents using data that is flawed and to be precise belonging - to the Bay Area Air Quality Management District.

If the EPA and Mark Ripperda has the guts and more the fortitude to address this issue of Dust and Asbestos structures - that have adversely impacted the community - he should first ask himself, why did it take him so long to bring this to our attention. The large scale grading started in the year 2004!

Any time another EPA employee that has concerns for the community, like for example Dana Burton says something positive - this idiot will mock her and intimidate her? Why?

I am asking Jared Blumenfeld to look into this. I can bring witnesses who were at the table that will state the fact and about the ill will and pompous attitude that Mark Ripperda brings to the table and discussion.

The idiot did not have photographs of the large scale grading - I have thousands of photographs. In fact I sent some to Mark Ripperda when the idiot asked me to send them. I sent them think - he could be enlightened, be a witness to what I witnessed and use the data to better comprehend the situation.

The man is a idiot - and now has provided fuel to other idiots the likes of Sophie Maxwell who has blood on her hands. Others like Aurelious Walker, Angelo King, Veronica Hunnicutt and so on.

Why does LENNAR have over 500 Notices of Violations (NOVs) on their books?

Why did the Bay Area Air Quality Management District fine LENNAR - $515,000 - the largest fine ever imposed in the Bay Area?

Why are there thousands of suits against LENNAR all over this Nation?

LENNAR, is a rogue developer that does the work of the devil. Mark Ripperda, something stinks in Denmark - if you have been bought you have BLOOD on your hands.

Make no bones about it - God will bring you and those of your ilk - to your knees.
