Rally at the second injunction court hearing!
We will gather at 12:30, march at 1:00, and go into the courthouse at 2:00 to make our presence known!
It's hella important for the community to come out because the City Attorney keeps trying to spin this like the community is asking for it, he is championing for our safety, etc, and we have to show that we are fighting it or else the way is paved for him to put injunctions all over Oakland. He has stated that the next injunction will be in a Spanish-speaking community, and that he will put injunctions all over Oakland eventually. We must stop the injunctions NOW!
Please come out, bring friends/family, and forward this event widely!

There will be room for 100 people in the courtroom, so we need to be there in full force showing community opposition to this budget bloating attempt by police and the city attorney! Last time, there were police in the jury box - let's represent the people who are affected, live in the Bay Area, and know that this is going to legalize racial profiling and cause gentrification. The court hearing starts at 2 pm.
