SF Redevelopment Agency keeps doling out millions to pander to projects that make no sense
The San Francisco Redevelopment Commission - keeps confirming ploys and machinations - doling out millions for art work, fake Workforce submissions, gathering so called historical information from the Bayview area, supporting and pandering to the Museum of the African Diaspora - doling out the millions in toto - to provide comfort to folks that are pimping and whoring - while the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point and San Franciscans - suffer.
Right now we have serious on going Radiological concerns on Parcel A. This parcel that the Environmental Protection Agency failed to monitor, less investigate, before it signed on the Record of Decision.
Only Parcel A comes under the jurisdiction of the City and County of San Francisco, that is turn was handed over to the SF Redevelopment Agency (SFRA). In turn handed it over to LENNAR, a Rogue Developer that will FAIL San Francisco and bring down undue hardship to those mostly African Americans that have been pandering to Ali Baba and the forty thieves!
The U.S. Navy has an obligation to clean up the Hunters Point Shipyard.
This important fact seems to escape the greedy, corrupt, and immoral folks that want to build, live, and place Art Works on land that has NOT been abated, mitigated, cleaned up. For the ignorant and those that are not educated on issues - greed comes first and immoral actions can take second place. Wake up - this is your ultimate clarion call.
Art must always be associated with what is holistic.
No one in their right mind - would spend millions to place art on the Hunters Point Shipyard and work towards any project linked to Art - unless we first see the entire Hunters Point Shipyard (HPS) cleaned to standards as the constituents of San Francisco agreed in the year 2000 by over eighty seven percent - to the highest standards and that being Residential.
Parcel A is polluted - and anyone spending extended periods of time on Parcel A will suffer. In fact people that have worked there have reported to me adverse affects - and I have taken their depositions, before legal personnel.
As we speak there are serious RADIOLOGICAL concerns at the HPS right now. Beside over 200 tons of Methane Gas spew every year - and other very toxic fumes that is generated every year that spews into the air - and compromises the health and welfare of all San Franciscans and those millions that come to visit and spend extended periods of time.
One ton of Methane gas equals twenty two tons of Carbon Dioxide. So much for our so called fake Carbon Print that Mayor Gavin Newsom says is one of the best in the Nation. That is the same man that failed his Gubernatorial Race and will fail at anything he attempts with his fake ploys and using SPIN in the Media.
At the SF Redevelopment Commission held May 18, 2010 the following were doled out BLOOD money:
Jerry Barrish was doled $125 for a sculpture. Jessica Bodner another $71,794 for a sculpture. Marion Coleman $33,850 for collages on porcelain enamel. Matthew Geller $121,000 for a circular bench. Heidi Hardin $33,800 for custom tiles. Mildred Howard $379,000 for structures enhancing perspectives with the Hunters Point Shipyard landscape - whatever that means!. Rebargroup Incorporated $64,500 for a climbing structure. Eric Powell $89,000 for a custom designed metal fence. Pimps and whores - whoring and pimping while the Bayview Hunters Point community is decimated and gentrification is in full force.
To add insult to injury $300,000 to Henlene Fried and Associates to provide consulting and support services for selection, installation, and maintenance of Public Art for Hunters Point Shipyard - Parcel A.
If this is not a JOKE - I just do not know what is. We have Radiological concerns on Parcel A right now - wake up - do you hear me? Again, Roger do you hear me - loud and clear?
More over $302,500 to conduct a Historic Resources Survey and to further refine the Context Statement of the Bayview Hunters Point Redevelopment Project Area that has now been decimated by Sell Outs many of whom were present at the San Francisco Redevelopment Commission meeting for a hand out - May 18, 2010. I saw Belva Davis sit and listen and wait for her dole out. She should know better.
Authorizing a Personal Services Contract with Laura Luster and Associates to perform a Labor Market Analysis on the Construction Industry and related professions in San Francisco for a term of 12 months. Now, that is my forte and so I look forward to the quarterly report.
San Francisco wake up - why do we permit these folks to come into our Living Rooms and rearrange our furniture? Why does the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Workforce have to dwell on a person that has no qualification what so ever to provide such statistics?
I remember well when I fought to get $270,000 for initial evaluation and training for Workforce way back in 2005 and backed it up with a Workforce Report that some of us put together - Andrew Bozeman, Maurice Campbell, Francisco Da Costa and then this PLAN was stolen and given to some dubious persons.
Suddenly, at the Land Use Committee there was Sophie Maxwell doling out $150,000 of the $270,000 to Laura Luster. I spoke up and Laura Luster was given a reduced - $50,000. But, I am sure some amendment was made and she was given more.
Why do we pander to such incompetent folks that bring with them wherever they go the stench having worked for Private Industry Council and all those ploys and machinations that went with Private Industry Council and its proper demise?
Why do we have such VULTURES coming from outside to San Francisco - and decimating our community? House Negroes that come with ulterior motives, do as they please and leave their stench forever.
Slavery is alive and well as long as we cannot DISCERN and PERMIT such folks to steal our money, flee and live far away from ground zero and its suffering populace.
This is BLOOD money - more if it Stimulus Money that President Barrack Hussein Obama must be fully cognizant of. Millions of tax increment money that was and is being collected from the Bayview Hunters Point - is spent outside the Project Area.
History has show us how the Fillmore, now better known as the Western Addition was decimated. Thousands of Black Middle Class forced to live in the Tenderloin where they died in horrible conditions.
Others forced to live in Public Housing in the Bayview Hunters Point, Potrero Hill, the old Army Project and Valencia Gardens. Others, in the horrible Geneva Towers and the run down Sunnydale Public Housing in the Visitation Valley and more in the Oakdale Public Housing and elsewhere.
God alone knows, the suffering, that so many poor folks mostly African American at that time known as Negroes suffered and continue to suffer - to this very day. Now, we have mostly House Negroes thinking they can stomp on those of us that know better - and have been speaking out - for what is right.
Do you think - that if you steal, pander, lie, and use blood money that you will enjoy life?
Do you think that if you do not justify your actions before a higher FORCE that you will prosper?
I walked into the meeting yesterday, a bit late on May 18, 2010 and there was silence. I could hear the heart beats of the many SELL OUTS. I did not stay long - I did NOT enjoy being in the company of Ali Baba and the forty thieves.
I observed and heard enough to describe the pathetic situation that some have completely LOST their MORAL, integrity and have reduced their actions to that of the lowest denominator.
There is NO transparency and less accountability. The Hunters Point Shipyard must be cleaned, abated and mitigated by the U.S. Navy. They polluted it and so they MUST clean it up to the highest standards.
Do not rush into mickey mouse deals, capping, and superficial clean up that makes no sense. No one in their right mind must work or go near Hunters Point Shipyard - it is polluted with Radiological Elements - some of the worst in the Nation. IT IS A SUPERFUND SITE. One has just to read the Final Historical Radiological Assessment Report. It spells it out for those that can read and more comprehend.
The U.S. Navy is dealing with real radiological mishaps right now and no one is aware of the situation.
Bids are going out - but why would anyone want to put themselves in harms way? Why?
There is a GOD that sees all - and we must not touch that that we cannot comprehend.
A bomb left Hunters Point that was dropped on Japan and killed millions of innocent people? There is KARMA that follows this action.
Devious and immoral experiments were conducted on Hunters Point Shipyard - thousands of large animals used in the Bikini Atomic experiments - buried all over the Hunters Point Shipyard.
Parcel E2 is a toxic soup.
The other parcel besides Parcel A have not been transferred but bids are going out with the cooperation of the SF Redevelopment Commission to create an illusion that all is well - it is not.
NO GOOD WILL EVER COME AT HUNTERS POINT NAVAL SHIPYARD. The desecrated remains of the Ohlone spread all over the Shipyard - cry to heaven for justice.
Ninety percent of the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is land fill - it is just a matter of time that liquefaction and more severe flooding as a consequence of Climate Change will devour what is now land. Much of it will be under the Bay and with that the ploys and machinations of some immoral folks that serve EVIL - purposes.
No one can fool all the people - all the time - not even House Negroes that should know better and are fooling themselves - pandering and fostering GREED.
