Lennar Urban a rogue developer has failed on Parcel A at Hunters Point. Its ploys and machinations reveal the company has no "liquid assets" that any fiscal entity believes it has - and what is more wants to bail out - just like it did at Mare Island. Lennar is associated with making "false promises" - it will look at you in the EYE and LIE. Lennar is sinking, sinking in the CESSPOOL of its own making.
Lennar Urban is a Rogue Developer that is failing on Parcel A at Hunters Point.
No one in their right mind trust Lennar Urban. Kofi Bonner is at his wits end - he wants to dump the project and is looking for anyone to take over this failed project - that started by bombarding our children and elders - with toxic dust, radiological elements, and of course Asbestos friables.
The current economic straits is hurting everyone.
You must just read the revelations linked to Goldman Sachs and then review Lennar's Fiscal Reports - these vermin with intent hurt thousands - and now are reaping their fruits - KARMA.
I said a long time ago: " No good will come at Hunters Point ". You cannot desecrate the remains of the First People the Ohlone and think for a moment that you can succeed. You cannot slowly with intent bombard our community and think all is well.
Lennar could have avoid grading the 35 foot plus Serpertinite Rock that when crushed emits Asbestos Structures on Parcel A.
Lennar Urban with Kofi Bonner as the helm of affair - did not follow the Disposition and Development Agreement - did not follow Article 31 and the Dust Mitigation Plan and now has to swallow the bitter pill. KARMA.
Tiffany Bohee the inept woman who has been lying through her teeth trying to persuade the SF Redevelopment Agency Commission that all is well at Parcel A - knows fully well that Lennar Urban is a "dog" infested with fleas and a lying dog at that.
Yet, this woman who does not live in San Francisco, and has no desire to serve the community in San Francisco - will LIE and LIE and soon there will be no LIES to utter - because Lennar Urban is getting ready to bail out. Leave town like a thief - in the wee hours of the morning.
In the interim those that are righteous, focused and educated on issues must stick to the plan.
I see some folks barking up the wrong tree. Wasting time on a hidden agendas, be it private or benefiting a few in a circle, diverting the resources and not really serving the community at large.
The 26 candidates vying to be the next Supervisor of District 10 are jokers. Leading the pack Lynette Sweet who when she was the SF Redevelopment Commissioner years ago - helped with Willie L.Brown Jr. help to win the contract for Lennar. This woman imposed great suffering on the community - through Lennar and Lennar is funding her with BLOOD MONEY.
Lynette Sweet has sold out the community - be it a the Bart Board, on the Commissions in San Francisco and now trying to hoodwink the Bayview Hunters Point community and District 10 that is Potrero Hill, Visitation Valley, Little Hollywood, Executive Park, Portola District and more. The demographics reveal the majority to be Asians - but a few Blacks still bark up the wrong tree.
Lynette Sweet has done nothing, good for the community. She is using the media now and the Press to make some lame excuses and pretending to speak for the community. This woman that has failed herself cannot serve the community. She serves the Democratic Machine and the Democratic Machine in San Francisco is BROKE.
I do not see on single District 10 candidate, worth their salt, that is educated on issues. Talk to them and what you see, a hollow structure of clay - use some pressure and it will crumble on the dirty floor.
These vermin want to seek public office to improve their own status - I see them meeting and have folks reporting to me about the many machinations and ploys - in dens and places where people wheel and deal - most of the actions dubious in nature.
None of them have come out openly against Lennar Urban for example. None of them will say a word about Lennar Urban's present woes. Of course Lynette Sweet is in bed with LENNAR and will loose. Willie L.Brown Jr. you can lick your chops and remember you days are - numbered.
Willie L. Brown Jr. is a "thug" - one of kind that will use his connections and his whores to do his bidding. He has one in the District Attorney Office and now want to plant another at City Hall to do his bidding in District 10. Let me tell you "thug man" your days are numbered when it comes to the Public at Large - and to the constituents of San Francisco.
The demographics of District 10 are changing and those in large numbers know about Lennar and do not want to have anything to do with Lennar.
ACORN got burned. Soon, you will see San Francisco Organizing Project throw in the towel. Then, just like that the SF Labor Council will pick on Lennar - but, it will be late. Lennar Urban will have closed shop and left town. That is how Lenanr does business Land Banking, Bankruptcy, Lying dogs that they are - full of fleas.
I warned this City and County of San Francisco to cut its ties with Lennar and with Mayor Gavin Newsom who is another lying dog - your days are numbered - San Francisco.
Lennar is failing miserably on Treasure Island. Lennar Urban is trying its best to create Conceptual Plans.
Conceptual Plans are like dreams - you wake up and they could be your worst - night mare.
Willie L. Brown Jr. used CALPERS to fund Lennar over one billion dollars of California Pension Money - belonging to hard working California State Workers. The Secretary of State knows this too and the investment linked to LandSource and its bankruptcy.
Lennar made sure that Willie L. Brown Jr. and some other thugs were compensated. The Federal Bureau of Investigation must look into this blatant corruption - but, what is more the Secretary of State for California must debar Lennar Urban and all its ploys any machinations.
This includes Senate Bill 792 and the role of California Senator Mark Leno. This corrupt California Senator know that Lennar is a Rogue Developer - without holding one single meeting in the community - used legislation and bluffed folks to giving a Rogue Developer Lennar - 23 acres of State Park Land - that belongs to all Californians under the Public Trust Act.
Lennar has no intention of helping the Bayview Community - it simply want to fleece any entity it can convince to do business with this Rogue Developer - then, just like that drop them and flee.
We want Lennar Urban out of our community.
