Music will be provided by “Voodoo Junk”, a group of veteran East Bay bluesmen, playing melodic and soulful songs set to danceable beats. Dan Cunningham on vocals and guitar, Armand Mazie on keyboards and vocals, Mike Husser on bass, and Bill Crisafulli on drums. Bring your family and friends, put on your dancing shoes and come ready to dance to swing and blues shuffles, and funky R&B beats from New Orleans, Memphis, Muscle Shoals, Chicago and Texas.

All proceeds will go to support the work of the BFUU Social Justice Committee, fostering worthy causes, locally, nationally and internationally. For over 50 years BFUU has hosted many activities and informative programs that promote social justice. The BFUU Social Justice Committee addresses systemic change on broad issues to make the world a better place for everyone.

Quote from Barbara Chan, committee member: “We put on inspiring events that make it easy for people to take action, and work together. We network with and support organizations that have shared goals. We welcome the positive energy of all those who would help move a peace-full and humanitarian agenda forward.”
