Parcel A on Hunters Point Shipyard - nothing seems to work and will NEVER work for LENNAR.

In recent weeks LENNAR, a Rogue Developer has been issued Notices of Violation by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD). The high readings are monitored by Rollo and Treadwell and this notice has been sent to over forty people who in turn share it with others. Roll and Thredwell are paid millions to do this work - and sometimes make mistakes - but are quick to correct them.

The monitoring is mickey mouse at best. Some of the monitors are relevant when the monitors show high readings and others are not. Arc Ecology and the SF Health Department has chosen with intent to play this game - and harm the health of the people. Recently, one monitor Number HV 7 was no where to be found.

In other words even though there are a number of Asbestos Monitoring equipment say eleven - the authorities that be, chose seven to be really important to be counted and the rest if they do show high levels of Asbestos structures/ friabables - are look at - and mean nothing.So much for any scientific nonsense that makes sense to the scientist.

Such nonsense could happen only in San Francisco and with Arc Ecology and earlier in the years Young Community Developers involved in such machinations - ploys that adversely impact the community. Blood in on some one hands - big time.

I have posted some photographs with this articles -the first few photographs show the current work going on. Concrete paths are being laid surrounded by tons of Asbestos Rock and mush - that is the best I can describe it.

The Ultramophic Serpentinite Rock when crushed releases very harmful Asbestos Structures or Friables. These structures if they enter your body can be very harmful. The so called scientists keep drilling us that the Notice of Violations mean nothing - because these IDIOTS have figured out a way to save the community's health.

The cap is set at 16,000 structures per cubic meter - that the experts/scientists say is well below the level that will harm anyone. Not so, say experts from Europe that know more - and some decent and moral minded Scientists here in the Bay Area.

If say Whites lived in the area where the community was suffering from Toxic Dust and the Asbestos Friables - there would have been a hue and cry. If dogs and cats were dying - an emergency would be declared. But, not when people of color are affected - they are considered for all practical terms - expandable.

Judging from the way the Environmental Protection Agency act, their going is slow - Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD), the SF Health Department and the other Regulatory Agencies that are looking the other way - while a whole community has been suffering for the last five years.

Your could show the increase in cancer, respiratory diseases, bloody noses, irritation of the throat, migraine headaches, lack of sleep - and these so called experts will find excuses to tell you - all is well. Time will tell. I have been at this for over ten years and have the patience to see - all this evil folks - fall on their faces.

Primitive Asbestos and Dust monitoring equipment has been used to do the monitoring a Parcel A.
At the height of the large scale grading - that is why you need to see the photographs - with the large machines operating - there were NO Dust and Asbestos monitoring equipment working for over five months. Therefore, there is NO data. But imagine the Bay Area Air Quality Management District and the SF Health Department and the Environmental Protection Agency - not being fully cognizant of this critical and pertinent - fact.

This, looking the other way - has been done on purpose to work with Lennar. Leading inspectors working for the BAAQMD are on the take and favor Lennar. We, the community know who they are and have called them out at BAAQMD meetings.

The BAAQMD district fined Lennar $515,000 over a year and half ago. But, nothing has been done with the fine. We requested the BAAQMD to test the community and let us find out what really is happening. But, Jack Broadbent has been looking tin all the wrong places - and so has the majority of the " good for nothing Directors sitting at the BAAQMD" some of them representing the City and County of San Francisco and the other Bay Area Regions.

Recently, the Environmental Protection Agency has been sending experts to help the community.

Forty percent of the Polynesians that live in the affected area are suffering and many have died. The same can be said of the Black community - many have suffered and are still suffering. Other sell out Blacks - take money from Lennar and praise the devil. These are the signs of the time.

Many other so called leaders bark up the wrong tree. When will the madness stop?

The Environmental Protection Agency has been fast asleep - know what has been happening but looking the other way. Making statements that all is well and that capping the Toxic Areas at the Hunters Point Shipyard is Kosher. We know the Pacific Heights Mafia and more - but we are vigilant.

The EPA after much of the damage has been done are now reaching out to the community. The paradox is that most of those that suffered have left - and judging from the hundreds of boarded up homes - those that have the intelligence - must garner this fact - but, still cannot see beyond their noses. There is only so much - one can talk - talk is cheap.

But, there is more there is so much Asbestos Fibers and Toxic Dust accumulated in the Infrastructure that has been laid at Parcel A - that it will cost anyone - billions of dollars to clean the mess up. Wake up, San Francisco Public Utilities Commission that has been working secretly with LENNAR and the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and the SF Redevelopment Agency to go on ahead with the laying of the brand new contaminated - Infrastructure.

Look at the photographs and I have thousands of them - taken at every stage and you will see how the infrastructure has been adversely impacted and compromised. Miles of brand new Infrastructure has been laden with Toxic Dust and Asbestos Friables.

Here is what has been happening - the recent rains bring torrents of gushing washing down the slopes and in other places - and creates mushy area - laden with Toxic Dust and Asbestos Friables. Then, this mush dries when the sun comes out - then the winds at speeds of 40 mph or 50 mph - churn the mush and send - millions of fribable/structures into the air. This has been happening for years - but you need the photographs to see what I am taking about:

In the mean time community members are being bought out by Lennar - bused to meeting and given some stale, bread crumbs. Most of them ignorant and one or two chosen to create a racket. We know who they are - and I pity them - because they are working against the community.

These paid informants shout and scream about helping the community but in fact have done nothing and can do nothing. But as I said - interfere with those decent members of the community - that want to do the right thing. Shame on Lennar that will FAIL on Hunters Point and anything they touch.

No one can with INTENT harm children and our elders and think for a moment that they will go Scott Free - this will never, ever happen.

The Environmental Protection Agency have woken up from their slumber. They always do so - and react after years have passed. The EPA did this when the toxic fire raged for months, created many health problems - and then after years tried to address the situation with Models.

Now, the EPA did nothing for the last 4 years linked to adverse impacts on Parcel A and now wants to placate the community at large. I do not trust the EPA and never will.

That is not to say that the EPA do not have some decent people we have praised them in public. But, there are more devils then good people at the EPA trying to work against the community at Bayview Hunters Point. Taking instructions from political - monsters.

The EPA will work with devils like Amy Brownell from the SF Health Department who has been raking in thousands for not doing her work and was present at the last meeting held at 1800 Oakdale with another crook that works for Arc Ecology and against the community.

This time around - it does not matter what - nothing good will come at Hunters Point - I said that a long time ago and I will say it again.
