Napa Valley College SDS invites Gerald Sanders, former Black Panther (Part1)
Gerald Sanders, former Black Panther, gives an overview of the Black Panthers, discusses the issues with Haiti, Mumia Abu-Jamal, Haiti, and censored history topics.
In his discussion, he entices students to take hold of their education and to be active with it; to not leave future generations without access to a quality education by remaining passive today while education continues to be cut.
Also, students bring up discussion about March 4, a statewide day of action against cuts to education; sex trafficking and it's serious issues in California; corporate mono-crop, capitalistic food production; and the problems with student apathy on campus.
