A Women's Day event with more than 30 community organizations to celebrate the role of women in the struggle for justice and a better society. Key note speaker: Lakota Harden, Native American activist and host of KPFA radio's Bay Native Circle. There will be speakers and performers by local dancers, poets and musicians. Admission is free and includes lunch and childcare will be provided. Richmond Mayor Gayle McLaughlin will give the welcoming.
